From that point on, Krispy Kreme became a popular destination for those who appreciate the magic of our hot doughnuts and coffee.

Just the smell when you walk in is wonderful! Seeing the donuts being baked in front of you is very entertaining for the kids & it's delightful to observe for grown-up.
What happened to customer service & just polite common courtesy? We wanted a specific type of donut. We asked whether they had any. The answer was no. After a few seconds of pause, we asked whether they had any during the day. The answer was yes. We paused again waiting for the individual to offer some sort of helpful information. We then asked whether they were going to get more. The answer was no, again without any other information. Needless to say we won't be returning. Do better. Stop hiring incompetent people.

Today it was just awful the original glazed donuts were very small & different from the past .The birthday cake donuts tasted like icing from a container like you buy in the grocery store. 6 donuts are definitely not worth $11 plus change.
Service impeccable. Rapidité & gentillesse du personnel est exemplaire. Pour ceux qui, comme moi, habite loin de là, c'est probablement le plus gros bémol du commerce.. ou de la compagnie en général. Rapprochez-vous de Saint-Hyacinthe/Drummondville.
