L'expérience en soit c'est bien déroulé, toutefois lorsqu'est venu le temps de récupérer nos céramiques, la boutique était fermées! Malgré les heures d'ouverture indiquées soit de 10h à 21h. Après 40 minutes de route cela est selon moi inacceptable.Surtout qu'il est impossible de communiquer par téléphone avec quelqu'un de la boutique pour confirmer qu'elle est ouverte ou non. Vraiment déçu

C'est une activité a faire. C'est relaxant, il y a de la musique. Oui c'est dispendieux un peu mais tu doit faire cette expérience u moins une fois.

I had such a wonderful time at this amazing place! It truly offers something special for everyone, from the little ones to the grown-ups. The ambiance there is incredibly calm & serene, making it the perfect escape. I definitely recommend giving it a try! You won't be disappointed

J'ai aimé l'expérience, cadeau de fête des mères de mes filles...
Par contre sur ma pièce il y a des tâches qu'il y avait pas quand j'ai remise au comis & de plus une tache bleu pas rapport 🤷?♀?pour cette raison je n'y retournerai pas! Très dispendieux & ils ne font pas attention 🧐

J'ai vraiment apprécié l'expérience. Je suis zéro artistique. Toutefois, c'est une activité qui permet de travailler notre créativité. Amusant lorsqu'on s'y rend en groupe.

Really disappointed. Made a mug, left it for them to cook & finish it, & they broke it. I understand mistakes happen, but they proceeded to only call once. I missed the call, & they didn't leave a message or send a text.

When I show up, they just tell us unfortunately it broke & there is nothing they can do. They tell us they added a store credit (same value we payed, no extra) to our phone number & that'next time we can make it again'. Very disappointed & probably wont even return to use the store credit.
