Review Summary

Overall, reviews describe Céramic Café as a welcoming and creative spot with a wide range of ceramic pieces and colors, a relaxed yet lively atmosphere, and staff who take time to explain how things work, though some visits note that the balance between art, dining, and value can vary. The ceramic selection and the option to have finished works fired on site are repeatedly praised, with families in particular appreciating the kid friendly activities and the chance to spend an afternoon crafting together, while a few guests find the offerings limited at certain locations and the tables a bit cramped during busy periods. Food and drinks are generally tasty with standout paninis, milkshakes, and coffee, though several comments point to the café side as not the main strength and to prices that feel high for a family activity. The experience is described as calming, fun, and easy to access, making it a popular choice for couples, friends, and families, especially on weekends when it can be crowded but not chaotic, and many mention planning a return visit. Reservations are advised for peak times and parking or space constraints are noted as potential drawbacks, but the overall vibe remains warm, inspiring, and conducive to creativity.

Fun family activity, staff was cool & took the time to explain everything. The selection of ceramic & paint colours was very good. But overall it's a pricey activity. Get ready to spend well over 100$ for a family of 4.

If you're looking for a family activity or simply want to do something in your own, Ceramic Cafe is the place for you! I went here recently on a solo self care day to relax & tap into my artsy side. Instantly I was greeted by the friendly staff with great customer service. They ran me through the entire procedure & throughout my time there, they were readily available. There is an abundance of ceramics & paint (plus tools) to choose from & the prices are super reasonable! They even offer food & drinks. Definitely going back!

The food is overpriced, but the atmosphere is pleasant, & the service is friendly. Really nice & relaxing activity to do. The pieces are very nice, & the explanations on what to do are very helpful to ensure you have the nicest piece.

First time trying it, fun activity for couple or friends. Also, be careful with the reservation platform, it is not straight forward, & if you don't capture the right number of guests the comment section is useless, & you might get scold by the staff.

Just wish the hours at the greenfield park were longer. We will have to return because we were unable to finish.
Would like to see new paint brushes added. The ones we were given to use were greatly contorted. Bent out of shape. Random bristles sticking out in odd places placing paint where I did not wish for it to be added. Or maybe proper care of the paint brushes would help this issue as well.
The children screaming & running around in circles kind of took away from the experience. It felt more like a daycare than a ceramic painting cafe. I put off going here for years in fear that this would happen. But once it got late enough & all the children left, it was a very relaxing activity to do. My friend & I enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Also found it weird that at 7 it was drink cut off. Even though we were only ordering soft drinks. It's not like alcohol is being served.

I would definitely return, just hope for future improvements.

Thanks for the experience

the activity is so much fun, went with my friend, you select your paint by yourself whenever you want which’s nice, though be careful because once they cooked our ceramics, either they weren’t careful or i don’t know what happened on their end but blacks spots appeared on our things & i took a video of my ceramic beforehand & there was nothing of that sort & it happened to my friend too which sucks especially after working on it for a few hours:(

I loved everything about this activity except the service. There was often a lot of colours & materials that were not available for use. Also, the person that was serving us gave us only part of the instructions & wouldn't even bother to help us find the colours & materials that we needed. Most of the time he was just waiting around not doing much. Also, the instructions on returning the products & materials that we used was not clear & I we didn't appreciate the way the people working there spoke to us. Otherwise, the prices of the ceramics are a little bit on the pricier side in my opinion, & I would definitely do this activity more often if the prices were a little lower.

Fun parent-child activity. I find it pretty expensive (most of the pieces are around $20) so we only go once a year. The cranberry ice tea was not very good, it was warm & tasted like chai but the kids really liked their milkshakes.

The overall experience was very fun, honestly the perfect little date for two. The only thing was that as someone doing this activity for the first time there was not the best explanations to how everything worked. You are left very independent.

I definitely recommend this place for family, friend or couple activity. It is very relaxing & fun. They have a lot of new models to paint compared to other times which gives you a great variety of options to paint. The paint is organized in a self-serve manner which is perfect but sometimes when it is crowded it gets cluttered around that area. I went on a Sunday & before 1 it was not very crowded but around 2pm it got really crowded & since the tables are so close together, sometimes it is hard to get around. Overall lovely place & great activity!

The activity was great. However, the service at the table was horrible, I ordered mineral water (as per their menu) & after 30 minutes wait I was informed they do not sell mineral water... I had to wait again to get a glass of tap water. Brushes are really in bad condition, not suitable for detail painting.
