C'est toujours le fun de passé du bon temps à cette endroit, on a choisi nos pièces, après on a peint en prenant un café & par la suite, on c'est commandé à dîner! Les repas sont délicieux & le service est IMPÉCCABLE ❤?👌!

Avec l'achat d'un coupon sur Tuango, la facture était moins de 100$ pour 2 personnes, 2 cappuccinos + 4heures, & 3 articles à peindre. Vraiment c'était une très belle activité! 😍 🥰🎨🖌?🕓

Spent a very long time on a big piece for them to end up telling me that it got chipped during the cooking process & that they won't be giving it to me. Never even got to see it. They said it was for my own security so I wouldn't cut myself on the chipped paint. However I went to ceramic cafe in laval after the one in brossard & when they handed me my piece that had a chip in it they said to be careful & suggested i put some type of polish on it to smooth the edges. I told him i was surprised he gave it to me since Brossard didn't & he didn't understand why they would do that. Out of the more or less ten times i have been to ceramic cafes, the piece that Brossard didn't give me back was my biggest piece that i was the most proud of. I told myself i would never go back there & warn other people as well.

Décevant. J'aime les Céramic café, mais cette succursale manque d'accessoires, de couleurs, etc. Le service laisse à désirer. Nous sommes fières de nos oeuvres d'arts, mais nous irons ailleurs la prochaine fois.

I called another ceramic cafe & they told me about RUSH option where everything thing is completed within 72 hours because we needed our ceramic for Christmas. That cafe was booked so we drove 30 mins to this one because they had availabilities. I called MULTIPLE times in the morning to ask if they had the same option no one picked up the phone. I saw online & they had no exceptions on this options so when I booked I put down'RUSH' in the notes so they would know ahead of time. Once we get then they tell us they can't do rush for the holidays. Wasted an hour our day for something they could have just written online or picked up the phone once as I called 3 times to try confirm

Toujours un plaisir de venir au Ceramic Café. L'ambiance est cosy, le personnel est adorable, & ça fait tellement de bien de décrocher un moment pour peindre & créer. 🥰
