Just the smell when you walk in is wonderful! Seeing the donuts being baked in front of you is very entertaining for the kids & it's delightful to observe for grown-up.
What happened to customer service & just polite common courtesy? We wanted a specific type of donut. We asked whether they had any. The answer was no. After a few seconds of pause, we asked whether they had any during the day. The answer was yes. We paused again waiting for the individual to offer some sort of helpful information. We then asked whether they were going to get more. The answer was no, again without any other information. Needless to say we won't be returning. Do better. Stop hiring incompetent people.
Today it was just awful the original glazed donuts were very small & different from the past .The birthday cake donuts tasted like icing from a container like you buy in the grocery store. 6 donuts are definitely not worth $11 plus change.
On adore les donuts Krispy Kreme, surtout saveur originale & érable ! Rapport qualité / prix imbattable, beaucoup de choix & fraicheur garantie à chaque passage. On aime aussi regarder leur fabrication, c'est super 👍👏
Toujours excellent!!! Une valeur sûre!!! Tout est tellement délicieux & frais ! Il m'arrive même d'en prendre une deuxième boîte de donuts au sucre ou glacé chocolat, de les congeler & lorsque je les sors ils sont toujours aussi incroyablement délicieux!
So it's the third time in 7 days that i go here to pick up a box of 12 original glazed donuts.
They never have any.

We came while they were in production mode. The young man who served us need to learn some manners such as when someone says hello & asks how you are doing you don't just respond yes. We come to spend an hour while our car was charging at the neon charging stations close by. We ordered donuts & a hot chocolate.
Best donuts I've eaten so far, if you want to pick a variety of donuts try to come maximum 30 minutes before closing time, because they start to remove the donuts 15 minutes before closing time.

Went to get a donut, a coffee & a bagel, I swear it took 25min to get my order despite the fact I was rhe only client in the drive through. What a shame 🫠
The donuts are much smaller than before. I understand that everything cost more but it's just disappointing when the price is higher than before but it's still smaller… the store looks very boring as it doesn't have much happy atmosphere inside, like very plain.
These donuts are the best kind you could find around, their dough is pretty smooth & the fillings are various as well as their original seasonal or special event decoration customized upon the donuts. A bit too sweet for some of them, my favourite kind is apple fritter & the lemon filling.
