Review Summary

Tapi Go. is highly regarded as a premier destination for authentic Brazilian cuisine in Montreal, particularly celebrated for its delicious, gluten free tapioca sandwiches, fresh açaí bowls, and signature pao de queijo that many describe as perfectly textured. The café offers a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that frequently makes patrons feel as though they have found a true taste of Brazil, with many highlighting the high quality of ingredients and healthy options available at reasonable prices. While the vast majority of visitors praise the consistently friendly and accommodating staff, some guests have noted that service speed can occasionally fluctuate during busy periods. Despite mixed feedback on specific portion sizes or service pacing, the overwhelming consensus is that this establishment provides a unique and flavorful experience that comes strongly recommended for both those with dietary restrictions and anyone seeking a high quality, tropical meal.

I love tapioca crêpes but this was not great. We got the piri piri chicken & it was somehow both bland & too saucy. The tapioca itself tasted dry & stale.

Brazilian Tropicalia played while I enjoyed my « We the North » beef wrap. The tapioca crepe-type-tortilla was delicious with juicy pulled beef & spicy sauces & fried onions. Really good. Service was quick & kind. Really healthy & delicious options on their menu for all kinds of GF or low carb diets.

As a Brazilian I went for the soccer game , so the place was packed but the girl at the counter was rude, no smiles( & I speak portuguese)..when you work with the public I think it's a must; the pao de queijo was delicious, the best I had in Mtl. The tapioca fries were soggy ...
& the girl at the counter rudely telling me that I have to tip them when I have to wait & get my order at the counter myself! 🤔
I'll definitly try their 2nd restaurant

I was very excited to find this place & if I wasn't leaving Montreal tomorrow I'd be back! The cheese bun is really good & it's just the start because the'We The North' sandwich took my hunger & body slammed it with delicious flavor. The texture of the tapioca bread is crispy & soft & perfectly carries the flavors within. I want to try everything but I got full!
