About

Tapi Go! specializes in the authentic preparation of Brazilian tapioca crepes, a traditional gluten-free delicacy made from cassava starch. The menu features a diverse selection of savory fillings like seasoned shredded chicken, hearts of palm, and melted mozzarella, alongside sweet variations incorporating condensed milk, coconut flakes, and fresh fruit. Each crepe is cooked to order on a flat griddle, ensuring a crisp exterior and a warm, chewy texture. Beyond the signature tapioca, the beverage program highlights authentic Brazilian beverages including freshly blended fruit juices and traditional coffee preparations. The counter-service environment emphasizes efficiency and culinary focus, prioritizing the direct delivery of distinct tropical flavors to every patron. This establishment maintains a commitment to accessible, ingredient-focused snacks that reflect the foundational staples of Brazilian street food culture.

Tapi Go! is widely celebrated as a premier destination for authentic Brazilian cuisine, particularly noted for its high-quality gluten-free offerings like tapioca crepes and pao de queijo. Customers frequently praise the delicious and fresh ingredients, cozy interior ambiance, and welcoming, friendly staff who are often commended for their attentiveness. I have been a regular here since its opening & I used to be very satisfied. This morning, my usual'We The North' was horrible & I could not finish it… the tappioca tasted weird, the cheese was absent, the meat was dry & their was an overload of sauce…
I hope this morning was an'off-morning' for them; I shoud not have stopped this morning!

To the owner: you are asking me to say what was wrong but it is all clearly stated in my review & I told the staff present as well…

Best'tapiocas' in Canada (that's a typical Brazilian gluten-free tortilla made of cassava), you should try. My wife loves their'pao de queijo' (typical Brazilian cheese-filled bread). & their açaí also is delicious & perfect in summer in their outdoor area on the sidewalk.

The food is very delicious & the cheese buns are to die for (even as a non-gluten-free eater)! I literally went back two days in a row for the traditional cheese bun; the pepperoni cheese bun is delicious as well, but the texture of the traditional is unmatched.

The staff were very friendly & helpful to English speakers, so definitely pay them a visit if you're from outside of the Montreal area!

If you have coeliac disease, this place is a MUST. Their cheese bread is really good & tasty, I regret not trying their pepperoni one! Their tapioca crepes are soo tasteful & crispy. It's so hard to find delicious gluten free food, but this place is for sure in my top 3. Its a small place, but it's cozy & the music is great.

Great gluten free eatery. Lots of the dishes include cheese though. Not very lactose intolerant friendly.

This place is good not just for folks seeking gluten-free fare but for anyone seeking delicious & healthy novelties. I have had the mushroom tapioca taco & the one with shredded meat & they were both very satisfying. The cheese balls are a mandatory snack everytime I go, as well. The tropical smoothie is fantastic & my friend had the salmon pink tapioca "taco" & was happy with it.

Tasty food & friendly service! The tapiocas, pao de queijo (cheese bread) & açaí bowl are amazing, can't wait to try the rest of the menu! Thank you for bringing a little bit of Brazil to Montreal ❤️
