Tried Arthur's this Sunday & wow… it was packed!! I honestly didn't think we'd get a table, but the hostess handled it so professionally. She greeted us right away, stayed super calm despite the chaos, & you could tell she was really trying to make it work for everyone. She managed to find us a spot at the bar!
Food was great, everything tasted fresh (pancakes are amazing) & well done. Also, our waiter was actually the bartender & he was on point the whole time, super attentive & friendly even while juggling a full bar.
Considering how busy it was. Definitely coming back
Je tiens à souligner l'excellent service d'Irma à l'accueil chez Arthur's Nosh Bar. Dès notre arrivée, elle nous a accueillis avec un sourire chaleureux & une attitude professionnelle. Elle est très organisée, attentive & fait vraiment en sorte que l'expérience commence bien, même avant d'être assis.
On sent qu'elle aime son travail & qu'elle se soucie des clients. Malgré l'achalandage, elle reste calme, efficace & toujours agréable. C'est grâce à des personnes comme elle que l'on a envie de revenir.

Nous sommes venus pour la 1ère fois ce samedi 18 avril. Un conseil, pensez à réserver surtout en fin de semaine.
Je recommande vraiment pour la qualité des plats, le lieu fancy, l'ambiance, le service à table parfait mais nous avons été très déçus par la personne à l'accueil qui n'était pas du tout souriante, qui ne nous a pas très bien parlé, qui n'a pas essayé de nous accommoder sur la table en plein soleil après 1h d'attente. Heureusement que nous avons sollicité quelqu'un du staff car sinon nous serions repartis l'estomac vide.
La première impression d'un établissement est donné par l'accueil, permettez-moi donc d'adresser ce message à la direction. L'accueil de votre établissement ne reflète pas la qualité de tout ce que j'ai cité en préambule.
Un sourire, une attitude avenante, un style vestimentaire qui ne fait pas penser à une sortie en salle de gym est la moindre des choses quand on fait ce type de métier.
The food is always incredible. The service is ok with some unfortunate delays & mistakes. Even with a reservation, there's little organization & people who put a credit card down for a reserved table have to wait to be seated after walk-in customers, which for us meant waiting 15m to be seated past our reservation time (on some days I've been they have separate lines which seems more appropriate considering how popular they are as a breakfast/brunch spot).
A wonderful location in the heart of Place Ville Marie. There was a bit of a line to get in but we had reservations. Wait time for food was a little long, but the smorgasbord was impeccable. Very nice brunch spot!
One of the worst service experienced. The hostess at front was rude. Why would someone even give their money to this business when you can go elsewhere.

L'accueil à la porte a été faite de façon extrêmement inappropriée. La fille, Irma, était au téléphone & disait bonjour, je n'ai pas répondu en assumant qu'elle parlait au téléphone elle a donc répété en le disant de plus en plus agressivement & fort. Service à la clientèle affreux & je souhaite qu'elle trouve un emploi qu'elle aime dans le futur.
The service wasn't the most friendly. The location is beautiful but the music at 10am was blasting like it's a nightclub; I'm not sure how many customers actually want that? The food was great & quite unique.

I usually love Arthur's at Cathcart. The food & service are, most of the time, great, but the experience I had earlier today was the worst by far. Aloa, my waitress, provided a horrible service. I had to ask for water twice & she didn't even bother checking on my table. Two other waiters were the ones who brought my food. Not once did she ask if everything was ok. It was like we didn't exist. All the other tables she was serving had a bottle of water while I had to chase her down for a refill. She also messed up my order. Even though the food was amazing, I will not be coming back again if the service continues dragging the place down.
Unfortunately this was the worse customer service I've experienced. No organization. Took them 40 minutes to take our order, people that came after us got their food & left. Also the portions are a lot smaller than the original restaurant. Don't waste your time here
Décue du service, nous sommes venus pour attendre 1:30 & avons eu aucun rappel, apres avoir vérifié nos noms ont été enlevé de la liste & aucun rappel. Nous nous sommes représenter & l'accueil était mauvais
Très belle expérience dans l'ensemble. Les plats étaient savoureux, bien exécutés & présentés avec soin. On sent une vraie attention portée à la qualité des ingrédients & à l'équilibre des saveurs. Le service à table était également professionnel, attentif & efficace.
Petit bémol toutefois concernant l'accueil à l'entrée. L'hôtesse s'est montrée plutôt froide & l'interaction donnait une impression de distance, voire un ton passif-agressif. C'est dommage, car la première impression influence beaucoup l'expérience globale.
Cela dit, la qualité de la cuisine & du service en salle mérite d'être soulignée. Avec un accueil plus chaleureux, l'expérience serait pleinement à la hauteur.
