Their locations on Nôtre Dame & Moncton are much better, I don't know why the Cathcart has such a worse quality of service. Also we did have reservations, it felt like they just didn't like us from the start.

Not quite as good as the original location on St. Henri because it does not have the full menu because of kitchen limitations but really good if you need an order of syrniki or a MacArthur. Still has a lineup when it opens at 11:00 am.

The brunch never disappoints! I highly recommend this spot since you can reserve a table & so don't need to wait in line, & it is a spacious space. Their pancakes are the best in town!

We were walk-ins (no reservation), & we checked-in with the receptionist to ask for a wait time. She told us that there were no tables available & that we were welcome to wait, & we did. A table opened up, & she seated another couple before us (they arrived after us).

We tried to talk to the front again, this time a man with glasses (I presume the manager), & he said he couldn't do anything because he wasn't the one who talked to us before.

Don't come here for walk-ins, or expect to be treated fairly.

Such amazing food, the syrniki cottage cheese pancakes with blueberry are a must, probably one of the best pancakes I've had, everything was great, ambience is nice, I will say we had some trouble finding the place but other than that it was lovely & the staff were great too! I'd recommend having a reservation for better seating! Will definitely be coming back

A lot of low reviews reference seeing several empty tables, from folks that didn't make a reservation. Busy (& quality) restaurants stagger reservations to serve the majority of folks in a timely manner. We made ours 2 days in advance & had an excellent experience.

The latkes, avocado toast & even the side bagel were top notch. Highly recommend this restaurant, but make a reservation in advance & don't rate it low because of your poor planning.

Très déçu !
J'ai commandé une shakshouka qui est arrivée froide & pas mijotée du tout. On aurait dit une gaspascho (soupe de tomates froides espagnole). De plus c'était servi dans un recipient en métal qui ne donne vraiment pas envie de manger.
Le gravlax de saumon aurait été bon s'il n'avait pas été noyé dans de l'huile !!
Déception !!!
A ceux qui lisent cet avis... n'y allez pas ! Passez votre chemin vraiment ne gaspillez pas vos dollars pour cela !!
