I wish I could tell you about the food. I can only speak on the service. Arrived at 10:30am on Saturday July 11th. A young female blonde host asked if we had a reservation. We did not. It was maybe 35% full. She said'oh well we don't have anything' & just gave a blank stare. She never said hey can you wait 20 or 45mins ? Just we don't have anything. It was rude. So we just had no choice but to walk away.
Summary: Food takes 40+ minutes to arrive (incomplete). Offered no real explanation
We got our orders in at 11:52 (waiter showed us the slip) & it somehow took until 12:32 for our food to arrive. I asked the person who delivered the food why it took so long & he literally walked away shrugging while yelling back'I'm just a waiter'
People who were seated after we ordered were finished eating before anything came out from the kitchen.
Our original waiter explains it's because the pancakes we ordered took 15-25 minutes. What the kitchen was doing for the other 20 we have no idea.
We also noticed our pancakes didn't come with blueberries while everyone else's did. The waiter says he asked but neither of us remember this conversation, but it's insanely loud in the restaurant. This isn't mentioned anywhere on the menu either.
He offered us a free coffee on the house but had no explanation for why it took 40 minutes for our food to arrive after the kitchen had gotten our ticket.
I understand lunch is busy but it's literally the only shift this place is open for. Why do you only have 3 waiters & 4 cooks? There's a full time barista doing nothing 80% of the time.
The food was fine but not worth waiting 40 minutes for, especially given that lunch break is just an hour/hour & a half, so we had to rush our meal & could barely enjoy it.
Then he pulls out this machine where the lowest tipping option is 18%. I don't think the waiter did anything wrong here given he was able to provide receipts proving he punched the order in at 11:52 so I did leave him a tip, but it's unbelievable that an order placed BEFORE the main lunch rush took almost an hour to arrive.
J'adore cet endroit ! La cuisine est excellente, l'emplacement en plein centre-ville est parfait pour un déjeuner en semaine, & le service est irréprochable. Tout est délicieux, le personnel est attentionné & accueillant. Bref, une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter !

I had dined here previously, & while the food was honestly not bad, I felt it was not worth the price.
However, my second visit was extremely disappointing. We arrived first thing in the morning & were told the wait without a reservation would be about 30 minutes. We were not given a place in line or any clear way to track the wait. After 45 minutes, we were told it would be another 20 minutes because another table was finishing up. After waiting an additional 30 minutes, we were then told that no tables would be available.
In total, we waited over 1 hour & 20 minutes with no clear update or indication that the waitlist was moving. On top of that, the front staff were quite rude & dismissive.
I will not be dining here again. The customer service was very disappointing & really left a lot to be desired.

J'avais déjà mangé ici auparavant &, honnêtement, la nourriture n'était pas mauvaise, mais je trouvais que ça ne valait pas vraiment le prix.
Par contre, lors de ma deuxième visite, l'expérience a été vraiment décevante. Nous sommes arrivés dès l'ouverture le matin & on nous a dit que l'attente serait d'environ 30 minutes sans réservation. On ne nous a pas donné de place précise dans la file d'attente ni de façon claire de suivre notre tour. Après 45 minutes, on nous a dit qu'il faudrait attendre encore 20 minutes, parce qu'une autre table était sur le point de partir. Après 30 minutes de plus, on nous a finalement dit qu'aucune table ne serait disponible.
Au total, nous avons attendu plus d'une heure & vingt minutes, sans mise à jour claire ni indication que la liste d'attente avançait. En plus, le personnel à l'accueil était plutôt impoli & peu accueillant.
Je ne retournerai pas manger ici. Le service à la clientèle était très décevant & laissait vraiment à désirer.
The atmosphere is lovely & the food was very good. We both found our meals to be a little sweeter than we anticipated. Worth noting - he asked for his eggs to be fried, & they were, but still runny, which he doesn't typically like, so if you like your eggs well done be sure to request that specially. We ate everything, & we'd absolutely come again.
Tried to go but was told it was full although only half the tables were full & the bar was empty. Was told it would be at least an hour wait but it wasn't busy
We ordered the home-run & the Mc Arthur sandwich, both were great! The fried chicken was crispy & juicy, the flavour of the sauces was well balanced, & the portion is good!
We sat under the glass ceiling while it was raining, the atmosphere was really nice.
One little thing: they didn't open at 10:00 sharp so we waited for a bit at the door.
