Ma mère s'est récemment rendue dans ce restaurant avec une dizaine de collègues, tous des clients payants. Étant donné qu'elle souffre de plusieurs allergies alimentaires sévères, elle avait apporté un petit lunch afin d'éviter tout risque & de ne pas compliquer le travail du personnel en cuisine.
À notre grande surprise, le personnel lui a demandé de ne pas consommer son repas sur place. Malgré les explications concernant ses allergies, on lui a simplement apporté un menu des allergènes en lui indiquant que le gérant interdisait la nourriture extérieure.
Je comprends qu'un restaurant ait des politiques concernant la nourriture extérieure. Cependant, lorsqu'il s'agit d'une personne ayant plusieurs allergies sévères, un minimum de compréhension & de souplesse est attendu. Ma mère ne cherchait pas à contourner les règles : elle voulait simplement passer un moment avec ses collègues en toute sécurité.
J'espère sincèrement que cette politique sera revue pour les personnes ayant des contraintes médicales, car ce manque d'empathie est très décevant.
We were a group of 7 who went in for lunch today (Saturday) without reservations & had no issues getting a table. Our server was friendly, welcoming, efficient & offered lots of helpful recommendations about the menu & our selections. He was also great with the children in our group. Everyone's food was delicious! There was an incident in the mall while we were finishing up, & the staff acted quickly to ensure all of the restaurant patrons were safe & secure. Our server was able to cash us out quickly at our request. I would recommend based off the food & service. Thank you!
J'ai essayé les brochettes grecques chez Scores &, franchement, j'ai été très déçu. Pour 22 $ seulement pour l'assiette de brochette (sans les taxes ni les autres dépenses), c'est difficile à justifier.
L'assiette contenait une seule brochette, un peu de frites, mais beaucoup trop de riz. Il y avait à peine de tzatziki, de légumes & de feta. J'ai même dû aller me servir davantage au bar à salades pour compléter le repas.
Le porc était sec & manquait clairement d'assaisonnement. C'est dommage, parce qu'en général j'aime bien Scores & j'y mange toujours bien. Je recommande plutôt leurs côtes levées ou leur poulet, qui sont beaucoup plus réussis selon mon expérience. Une déception cette fois-ci

Ordered a soup, a salad & a slice of cake. The soup was disgusting ... Basically water & noodles.
When I called they just gave me the general' deal with skip the dish & I will bring it to my manager' with an annoyed attitude & in a hurry to hang up. While I understand I have to go through skip for a refund... They didn't make/cook the soup. I could just have opened the faucet in my kitchen & thrown some pasta in there for the same result & saved myself the money.
The lack of interest & accountability from the manager, paired with attitude ... Never spending my money there again.

DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. At a group event last Saturday, the waiter & manager were extremely rude & unprofessional with a few of us. The food was ok, but the service was terrible. If you don`t enjoy being disrespected & treated pooly then do not go to Scores Place vertu.
Unacceptable experience at the Scores in Cote Vertu Mall.... I went to pick up my son at a friends birthday party. I was very disturbed by a comment that the night manager expressed to me. The individuals were a group of special needs. Being told that'It's not easy to handle these kind of people'. IS VERY WRONG & DISCRIMINATORY, especially when these are returning & regular customers. I was told to leave because I was defending them. If he can't handle working with the general public, then maybe this job is not for him.
The chicken is great, but I really love the salad bar, especially at the St-Martin/Chomedey location in Laval. Always fresh, always delicious with great choices. Shout out to the owner & his great friendly staff.

Very rude waiters, felt like they were rushing us out! I couldn't believe how cold the hot chicken was! The fries were also very under cooked, & cold. Absolutely the worst experience at scores! I will never go back........
