DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. At a group event last Saturday, the waiter & manager were extremely rude & unprofessional with a few of us. The food was ok, but the service was terrible. If you don`t enjoy being disrespected & treated pooly then do not go to Scores Place vertu.
Unacceptable experience at the Scores in Cote Vertu Mall.... I went to pick up my son at a friends birthday party. I was very disturbed by a comment that the night manager expressed to me. The individuals were a group of special needs. Being told that'It's not easy to handle these kind of people'. IS VERY WRONG & DISCRIMINATORY, especially when these are returning & regular customers. I was told to leave because I was defending them. If he can't handle working with the general public, then maybe this job is not for him.

The chicken is great, but I really love the salad bar, especially at the St-Martin/Chomedey location in Laval. Always fresh, always delicious with great choices. Shout out to the owner & his great friendly staff.

Very rude waiters, felt like they were rushing us out! I couldn't believe how cold the hot chicken was! The fries were also very under cooked, & cold. Absolutely the worst experience at scores! I will never go back........

I visited Scores last Thursday for lunch with a friend, as I was considering the restaurant for my upcoming birthday celebration for 18 guests.
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly & professional waitress who allowed us to choose our table & promptly provided menus. We ordered from the lunch menu-roast chicken (choice of leg or breast)-& added the salad bar at an additional cost, as it was not included with the meal. The food & initial service met expectations, & everything proceeded smoothly.
As we were unable to finish our meals, we politely asked another waitress passing by for two takeout containers. Her response was unexpectedly confrontational. She accused us, in a notably aggressive tone, of filling up on the salad bar & informed us that we would be charged $3.50 to take our remaining food.
I was genuinely taken aback. At no point had we done anything inappropriate-we each had a single plate from the salad bar & simply wished to take home the food we had already paid for. Nevertheless, we calmly agreed to the additional charge. Without acknowledging our response, she removed our plates & walked away.
Several minutes later, she returned with two sealed cardboard boxes, handed them to us without explanation & without indicating which one belonged to whom-& left the table without a word.
Shortly after, our original waitress came by as we were preparing to pay. She appeared aware that something had occurred & offered a sincere apology for her colleague's behavior, which we appreciated.
Unfortunately, this interaction left a lasting negative impression. What began as a pleasant visit turned into a disappointing & uncomfortable experience. As a result, I chose to book another venue for my birthday, where we ultimately had an excellent time.
Needless to say I will not be returning to this location.
Avoid Scores restaurant Place Vertu!!!

This was a disappointing experience! I had attended Scores at Place Cote-Vertu Mall on Saturday with some friends. Reservations were made 2 weeks prior, we had mentioned that it was for a birthday party. Then the day right before, we had called to confirm as well. To our surprise, when we got to the restaurant they refused the birthday cake. We were never told that we weren't allowed to bring a cake. The passed years, it was always accepted. No consideration, not willing to fix/accommodate our situation. Making it seems like it was us to blame, when in reality they should have done their job in notifying us. If I would have known that their rules & regulations changed. I wouldn't have purchased a cake. Due to this awful & disappointing experience, I will not be returning to this Scores.
The restaurant is very bad. The chicken meal was old & not fresh. The manager's attitude was extremely rude. This is the first restaurant I've ever been to that does not allow you to share food with someone at the same table. The service was very poor.

Really strict & bad serving.
They are really cheap I ask for bread they give me one bread. Fries & Chicken is old & tasteless. Director is really strict.

Le 24 décembre au soir une de mes amies qui a des problèmes de santé & accompagnée de son chien d'assistance ainsi que d'un monsieur de 95 ans ainsi que d'une autre dame va à ce restaurant. Un monsieur qui a l'air du gérant n'accepte pas le chien d'assistance même si mon amie a sa carte & tous les documents nécessaires. Il fout tout les trois personnes dehors en plein hiver y compris le monsieur de 95 ans. Il argue qu'un chien d'assistance autre que pour les personnes non voyantes ça n'existe pas. Clairement il a agit contre la loi & mon amie va déposer les plaintes qu'il faut aux organismes concernées.
The worst branch of this franchise. In spite of being the only clint.The chicken was really dry & tasteless. Even the chicken noodles which used to be the best soup was tasteless as if I am drinking water. & when I told the waiter after paying my bill my complaints he changed his way of speaking as if I was crazy. Actually if their is a negative rating, they'll have my vote
La cuisse paraissait comme si c'était réchauffée plusieurs fois & l'assiette était très pauvre en garniture. Pour 19 $ la cuisse je m'attendais à mieux que ça.

Horrible costumer service. I have never seen such rude people working at a restaurant. They have an extremely arrogant & childish behaviour. The most unprofessional place I've seen in my entire lifetime. I felt threatened by how the staff handled the situation . They are only here to escalate & create bigger problems. I will definitely file a report against these staffs & this establishment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The food at the scores is very very bad the food was not good the Service was not good was very very slow there was no parmesan cheese no cottage cheese nothing for a salad & it is a rip off cuz u have to pay $ 2.00 for the rib sauce & I am not coming back to the one here at the mall that is in cote verto & the rice was bad
Worst manager & worst team. Very poor service. They are extremely rude & disrespectful. I honestly wonder why they are working there if they clearly dislike what they are doing & it shows. I do not recommend this place at all.
I was with a large group & the service was still prompt. The restaurant was very'dead' for a Saturday night. I had wings & a beer & it was expensive but good.
