Petit restaurant sans prétentions, à l'ambiance chaleureuse servant une cuisine Italienne traditionnelle. J'ai choisi ce restaurant car je voulais le faire connaître à mon homme. J'y suis allé il y'a environ 45 ans. Le service & la nourriture étaient tels que dans mes souvenirs. Nous avons choisi la soupe minestrone & la salade césar en entrée & le poulet & le veau parmesan comme plats principaux. Tout était délicieux. Je me dois de rapporter un irritant qui a un peu terni notre expérience culinaire. À notre arrivée on nous a apporté deux délicieux petits pains. Mon conjoint a demandé au serveur un autre pain pour terminer son repas. Ce dernier nous a informé qu'il serait facturé. Quand on m'a apporté l'addition, j'ai été estomaqué de voir que les trois pains étaient chargés. Considérant le prix payé pour le repas & que les pains ne sont même pas sur le menu je considère que c'est inacceptable. Nous avons aimés la nourriture mais cet irritant fait en sorte que nous n'y retournerons plus. C'est selon moi un manque de reconnaissance envers des clients qui ont payé une somme considérable pour un repas au restaurant. Du jamais vue !!!
Absolutely Delicious!! The service was impeccable. The fried calamari is out of this world!! We had the breaded veal & the lamb shank -they were both cooked to perfection. We will definitely be going back.
The place is small but very nice & has a comfortable atmosphere. Waiter was courteous & kind. I ordered the Ceasar Salad entrée to a Veal Parmesan with Spaghetti rosé side. The Ceasar Salad was incredible! Best dressing I've had! Veal was cooked perfectly & had great flavour. Pasta was good too, sauce was little watery for my preference. Overall a fantastic experience & I would definitely come back if I was in the area.
Excellent restaurant Italien. Pour les amateurs de la cuisine italienne, ne cherchez pas trop, ce restaurant a tout pour vous régaler. Les propriétaires sont très agréables & professionnels. Une carte variée & des plats succulents. Je vous le recommande vivement J'y retournerai sans aucune hésitation
Nous cherchions on bon resto prêt du centre Bell pour notre spectacle & nous sommes arrivé par hasard a ce resto. Nous avons été très bien reçu! Le service à été rapide & notre entrée, notre vin & notre repas était délicieux... Nous étions un peu pressé dans le temps mais nous y retournerons sur & certain! Vous ne le regretterez pas 😉 PS: la sauce gigi était parfaite

First time ever being here. Absolutely amazing experience. Atmosphere was cozy, & romantic. All of the staff were extremely friendly, polite & professional. The food was beyond amazing. We got the fettuccine Alfredo & Lasagna. Both were melt in your mouth amazing.
Will absolutely return here when we make the trip back to Montreal.
Service was exceptional. They were very friendly & attentive. Food was only ok. We shared the calamari appetizer & the chicken Parmesan & Crème brûlée for dessert. Food was okay but did not stand out.

This is a real gem, very friendly & service is best we had while we were in Montreal. Sometimes great service can mask poor food but not In this case. Food was excellent! You will not be disappointed.

I have been to this restaurant last year.
& yesterday I had gone again & received the most awful service.
We entered (2) & the server immediately denied us after we said we had a reservation & accused us of being very late, we were 10 min late, however he was giving us an unnecessary lecture on how it is not okay to arrive late.
He then pressured us into ordering & gave us 5 minutes to decide, which he said word for word.
Overall the server, which I believe is the main server of that place was just giving us a nasty behaviour compared to the rest.
& he had no problem serving new arrivals at the restaurant without giving them a lecture at the door.
It is giving racism as we are two black women in a predominantly white environment.
Welcoming staff in this warm subterranean restaurant. Decent wine list with choices for every budget. Traditional Italian dishes well prepared & served with care. Veal was delicious & pasta served al-dente. Recommend this for a special occasion.
