Service de la serveuse 10/10, très attentive & professionnelle. La nourriture était très bonne & l'ambiance parfaite, tout était agréable & bien soigné.
Cependant, le gérant ou le propriétaire du restaurant a eu une très mauvaise attitude envers ses employés devant les clients, ce qui donne une impression inconfortable & peu professionnelle.
Soirée exceptionnelle de magnifiques plats goûteux & une serveuse (Bianca) adorable & rayonnante qui nous a rendu notre soirée encore plus belle tandis que la femme à l'entrée j'en parlerais dans mon livre…. Très désagréable
Extrêmement déçu, nous avons appelé pour un anniversaire de 8 personnes. Arrivé la soirée même, on nous dit qu'il n'y pas de réservation à ce nom & on ne nous apporte aucune autre solution, sachant que nous avons appelé 1 mois à l'avance. Extrêmement peu professionnel, à éviter.
Booked a reservation & they are fairly accommodating to our group of 7 with dining upstairs & down stairs. Very aesthetic & cute for photos (lots of mirrors). There is loud music but the playlist was good. Cocktails & wines good, well priced as well. 3 courses & cocktails won't run you up a ridiculous amount.

Appetizers: Meatballs are a little dry but seasoned very nicely & have a good taste, octopus very forgettable
Mains: The rosé rigatoni & sausage was one of the best options, good sauce but not a lot of sausage. Ragu veal pasta good but nothing extremely wow. Duck linguine had a fake bacon taste. Will not be coming back for the pastas. All dishes came out pipping hot!!!
desserts: DELICIOUS & the best part of our experience. Even if you don't traditionally like chocolate mousse, like me, i still suggest giving this one a try. The chef creates a decadent twist to this dessert & it was AMAZING. The tiramisu creme was so delicious. At the time of our visit, the dessert of the day was cheesecake. Super creamy & light, maybe just missing a couli.

The food runners seemed very young &
confused, not dressed well, & basically slammed the plates on the table. Water was very scarce & wasn't refilled. Old plates stayed on the table even if second courses had come. Wine glasses weren't very shiny & unused ones weren't cleared from the table even if we didn't have much space. Minimal knowledge of the menu. We were not informed of any last calls for the bar & couldn't order more. They were definitely pushing for us to pay quickly & leave even if we hadn't ordered dessert yet. The waiter was still sweet all things considered.
Je crois que cest un endroit tres Charmant mais la cuisine ne vaut pas le prix il ny avait presque pas de saver cetais tres decevant mais les gens qui travaillent sont super & le service est bon. Non pour le resto Oui pour les travailleurs
L'ambiance était super, bel endroit chic & invitant. L'hôtesse était super gentille & accueillante.
Les prix sont démesurés. 52$ une bouteille de vin très bas de gamme (15$ à la SAQ) Les cocktails ne sont pas bons. Nos assiettes étaient bonnes mais sans plus. Pour le prix qu'on paye on s'attendait à mieux.
Après notre repas, on perd notre serveur de vue pour un bon 30 min. On a dû demander à un busboy pour avoir la carte des desserts.
On fini par payer. On ne remettra pas les pieds dans ce restaurant.
On a payé pour l'ambiance, pas pour l'expérience. C'est un attrape touriste.

Franchement, expérience décevante. Nous avions réservé pour le réveillon du Nouvel An & payé 140 $ par personne, en demandant explicitement une table. À notre arrivée, nous avons finalement été installées au bar, toutes serrées, ce qui a vraiment nui au confort & à l'ambiance.
Le gérant nous a proposé une carte-cadeau de 50 $ en guise de compensation, mais nous ne l'avons jamais reçue.
Côté nourriture, c'était correct sans plus - je donnerais un 6/10.
J'ai dû retourner mon assiette 2x car les pâtes était dure même pas proche du aldente ! Les drinks sont cher avec plus de glace que de liquide & les desserts tel que les canolis ne sont pas frais & sont loin de gouté les traditionnels desserts italiens ! Pour le resto il est beau l'ambiance est bien mais je ne recommande pas rapport qualité prix gros zéro & le resto est mal positionner !
The service was great & friendly overall but the food was lacklustre & expensive for what it was. I ordered a carbonara that had no yolk & barely Parmesan cheese. I was able to save it mid-meal by asking for more Parmesan. Overall very underwhelming unfortunately. The pizzas looked good. Maybe I ordered the wrong dish that night?
