The Keg has been our go-to spot to celebrate our anniversary for years, & they continue to impress us every single time. This visit, however, was truly extraordinary.
?From the moment we sat down, the experience was seamless. Our waitress, Jasmin, provided absolute top-tier service-she was warm, attentive, & made sure our evening felt effortless & relaxed.
?As always, the food was outstanding-cooked to perfection & full of flavor. To top off an already wonderful evening, the restaurant surprised us with a delicious complimentary dessert to share for our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful touch!

Great food, amazing atmosphere, & excellent service! The steak was perfectly cooked, & everything tasted delicious. I celebrated my birthday here, & it made the occasion even more special. Definitely a great place for a nice dinner. Highly recommend!
Upon arriving, we were shown to our table immediately. That was nice considering we were there at 6:45 & the reservation was at 6:45. I liked where our table was in a very nice quiet area & in the fall or the winter the fireplace next to us would've been ideal. The food was excellent. We shared a steak between us a 20 ounce rib with the bone in. It was incredible & all the sides were exactly as I imagined, especially the broccoli with cheese. It was absolutely delicious. Ashley was our waitress & she was incredibly knowledgeable. We asked her about the steaks & we asked her about the wine & all of her recommendations were very good. Highly recommended, but expect it to be roughly $100 a person minimum unless you order the cheeseburger & water.

We dine here several times a year - almost monthly . The steak is always perfectly cooked & seasoned, as are their sides . We love their fresh bread, prime rib, risotto, Brie appetizer, salads, chicken, sliders, calamari… their menu is fantastic. Great selection of wines & cocktails, bartenders are fantastic . The service is impeccable - all the waitstaff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly , passionate about food & they really add to the dining experience as much as you wish to interact with them. Professional & keen on providing excellent service. Every time we ask them for a suggestion they are right. If ever we don't like a dish, they replace it no problem.
They take allergies seriously & the manager comes to speak with guests about their allergies.
We recently had Nadia as our server & she was fantastic! The fact that many of the servers have been working here for over 5, some even 10 years, proves it's a well managed restaurant.
I love the ambiance here too - from the fireplace as you walk in, to the bar & the dining room. Classy, chic with warm & cozy lighting & music. Great for many occasions - date night, family celebrations, a business lunch or 5 à 7.
From start to finish, The Keg PC never disappoints. Our hostess Mikaela was lovely & professional….our server Sean was knowledgeable, friendly & quite entertaining. Always recommend this place for a wonderful dinner out or simply a 5 à 7.

Notre visite au The Keg de Pointe?Claire a été tout simplement impeccable, du début à la fin. L'ambiance est chaleureuse & élégante, parfaite autant pour un souper en famille que pour une soirée plus spéciale.
La nourriture était à la hauteur de la réputation du Keg : viandes parfaitement cuites, assaisonnements justes, portions généreuses & présentation soignée. Tout était savoureux, bien maîtrisé & constant, ce qu'on apprécie énormément dans ce type d'établissement.
Cela dit, ce qui a réellement élevé notre expérience à un autre niveau, c'est le service hors pair de Louis. Attentionné, extrêmement serviable & d'un professionnalisme exemplaire, il a su nous conseiller avec justesse, être présent au bon moment & anticiper nos besoins sans jamais être envahissant. Son attitude positive & son souci du détail font toute la différence & méritent d'être soulignés.
Un grand bravo à toute l'équipe, & un merci tout spécial à Louis pour ce service remarquable. Nous reviendrons assurément & recommanderons cet endroit sans hésite
Celebrated New Year's at the Keg & was served by Matthew. Service was phenomenal. Being in the restaurant industry myself, I know to proper steps of service. The food was delicious & came steaming hot, the allergies were taken care of, the manager made sure to touch our table & the atmosphere was beautiful. Considering it was jam packed, everything came quick. Would strongly recommend going to the Keg in Pointe-Claire if you're looking for a great date night spot, night out with the boys or girls or for a party. Amazing bar section as well!
So we went there last night on Friday night December 12th. We went for a late supper. We got there around 9:30 I believe so when we got there we didn't have any reservation. But the young lady at the door was very helpful in finding us a table within a few minutes. She invited us to go have a drink at the bar, which we did. Meanwhile waiting for our table. I was happy they had Bumbu rum & my son had one of they're featured drinks on the menu. It was a Gin basil lemonade I think either way they were both very well made. Very good drinks. Our table was ready before we got served our drinks. That's how fast it was. We had a nice booth & a corner with a view of that fireplace, the restaurant, the bar, television...It was really really comfortable.
So my son ordered the prime rib 14 oz with the grilled vegetables. I had the 10 oz filet mignon & we asked for....he wanted it rare.... I wanted mine medium rare & the cooking was spot on PERFECT?? It was perfect. The food was very good. The plate presentation & quantity(see pics)....Everything was excellent
Especially the service....o m f g...the reason I gave a five score is we were served by Alycia P & thanks to her I'm giving five stars. The service was impeccable. It was as if we were royalties. She was really really good. Very professional, polite & beautiful .There was nothing I could say. There's just perfect service. Perfect perfect service! So if you're going & you're lucky you'll be in Alycia's section 🙂
Either way though I know Alicia gave 100% service which was the reason I made it at five ⭐ but.... the food was also excellent. The seasoning on the filet mignon & the size, the quantities. Like I said, I also had a Monte Carlo potato which is very much suggested btw ..So look at our pictures. We'll show you a couple of pictures of our food & stuff & our drinks & of course I recommend you go there. Obviously this place is really really good......It's you know... one of those rare restaurants where you can still get a great meal with great service & a great setting & also they have everything there. They have the whole combination so you definitely want to go. This is a if you haven't been or if you're not sure where to go, don't question yourself go here KEG RESTAURANT FAIRVIEW POINTE-CLAIRE you won't regret it & once you had a great meal write a nice little review to show your gratitude... Stop procrastinating invite a friend, your sister, your mother, anybody ...your neighbor go alone even or if you have a couple of friends go eat there.... Go try it! There's one at Fairview Mall we went to in Pointe-Claire & we were lucky enough to be in Alycia's section so not only did we get amazing food but we got their best employee for table service & also the table was even amazing like where we were sitting. So go to the Fairview Mall. It's on the Southeast corner of the building FAIRVIEW POINTE CLAIRE. Can't miss it, Won't regret it!
