I recently had the pleasure of dining at this incredible Tunisian restaurant, & I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality & a cozy, authentic atmosphere that immediately made me feel like I was transported to Tunisia.
The menu is a beautiful celebration of Tunisian cuisine, with every dish bursting with rich flavors & unique spices. The brik was perfectly crispy, & the fell was a true masterpiece, full of tender lamb. The'gargoulette' was absolutely divine.
J'ai eu l'occasion de passer un Iftar chez Terracotta à Montréal pendant ce Ramadan, & l'expérience a été tout simplement mémorable.
l'ambiance chaleureuse & l'accueil bienveillant du personnel mettent tout de suite à l'aise.
Le menu spécial Ramadan était à la hauteur de mes attentes : des dattes & une soupe chaude pour commencer en douceur, suivies de plats généreux & savoureux ( kamounia au poulpe, trio de salades,…) préparés avec des ingrédients frais & bien assaisonnés.
J'y retournerai sans hésiter ! 🫶🏻

malheureusement, mon ami & moi avons passé une mauvaise expérience au niveau de la nourriture dans ce restaurant, même si le reste était magnifique. La soupe avait un goût mûr & brûlé. Le plat de fruits de mer n'était pas bien lavé, il y avait une sensation de sable dans les fruits de mer. Pour le dessert, l'Assida Zgougou avait aussi un goût mûr, & l'Assida aux noisettes avait un goût de farine plus prononcé que celui de la noisette.
Cependant, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le pain, qui était délicieux, ainsi que la brika & le thé, qui étaient excellents. Le point fort du restaurant est son ambiance typiquement tunisienne & le professionnalisme des serveurs. Mais en ce qui concerne la nourriture, je suis vraiment déçue.
Une super belle découverte au coeur du Plateau. Service impeccable, ambiance chaleureuse, plats délicieux; il faut absolument essayer l'agneau au miel. Nous avons été accueillis par Sabri, qui a été hyper gentil & professionnel. Une très bonne variété de mets au poisson, poulet, agneau, & options végétariennes aussi. C'est à refaire !
J'ai essayé leur spécialité des lieux, la gargoulette agneau miel, le serveur a bien expliqué les plats. C'était délicieux. La décoration & l'ambiance est super chaleureuse. Je recommande!

J'ai déjà mangé dans d'autres restaurants tunisiens. Franchement.....The Best. La nourriture, l'ambiance, le service, le prix...rien à dire . Moi qui n'aime pas le piquant, j'ai eu le choix de prendre des plats qui n'étaient pas du tout piquant . Merci à mon amie qui m'a fait découvrir ce restaurant. Ça ne sera pas ma dernière chez eux.

Overall : highly recommend. Honey lamb was decadent. Almost as good as the service ;) . Just kidding everything was SERVICE 4 of us came in on a Monday night & stayed until about 21:30. None of us had eaten Tunisian cuisine before. The server described the menu, provided excellent recommendations & was super attentive. Always had water, dishes were collected promptly & the food was delivered timely. FOOD Appies : got a couple fricasse. Mains : veg couscous, honey lamb, kafteji merguez, & the chicken ojja. Desserts : 2 crème brûlés : pistachio & a hazelnut Presentation was excellent. Portion sizes were great. & the flavours were POP-PING. My mouth did not stop salivating. I am sad I shared the honey lamb with my friends because it was so good & I wanted to eat it all myself. The couscous was a nice base for the other dishes, but was the least flavourful of the four dishes. Good, but wouldn't order it alone. Crème brûle is my favourite dessert & I appreciated their twist on it. Loved that they toasted it in front of us & poured nuts over top. I think it could have been more chilled but was delicious! Slightly heavier than OG CB's so we could have probably just split 1 instead of 2. AMBIANCE More traditional sitting options & tables. Lovely & comfortable decor with music that wasn't too loud. ALSO THEY HAVE BRUNCH - ummm helllllllo. Loveeee that! Will definitely be coming back here. Thank you for a wonderful evening out!
Stumbled across Terracotta while walking along Duluth for the first time in a while & one person in our group felt like pasta. Seems like they're a newer establishment. After our experience there, we were glad to have found them :) The food was tasty, with generous servings, & our server Sabre (i am guessing on spelling there) was lovely. Our party of three tried out the following mains which we all enjoyed: pates quatre fromages (4 cheese pasta), pates saumon (salmon pasta), cotelettes d'agneau (lamb chops) We also tried out their citronade - super fresh, I believe they juice the lemons themselves. For dessert, they had a pistachio crème brûlée that day - which most of our party loved (a bit too sweet for one of us). We'd be happy to return again to try more of their Tunisian menu!
The service here was incredible, they are so kind! We got takeout but I loved the ambience of the restaurant & the seating. We got the - couscous agneau - ojja Terracotta - lamb gargoulette They were all very delicious. We liked the flat bread more than the puff one, as it has an amazing chew. It was my first time having Tunisian food & I really enjoyed it!
Excellente nourriture & une belle ambiance. Nous y sommes allée samedi soir une ambiance très conviviale. Les serveurs sont a vos petits soins & s arrange toujours pour proposer le meilleur. Merci & c est certain a très bientôt.
Meilleur restaurant tunisien au Québec !! Très heureuse d'avoir fait la découverte de ce restaurant aujourd'hui. Nous étions bien accueilli. Un service impeccable, un staff chaleureux poli & souriant. Une ambiance atypique calme & chaleureuse. La bouffe on en parle pas, des plats très copieux, quantité généreuse. En plus, mon fils de 4 ans voulait un fricassée qui n'était pas disponible à midi. Ils lui ont offert 1 brika gratuite!! Merci beaucoup vous êtes les meilleurs !
