Les pies sont un vrai délice. Des places pour s'asseoir sur la petite terrasse ou à emporte
Everything I have ever had here is amazing. Anytime I visit Montréal, this is always my last stop before I head out of the city again. It definitely is not unheard of for me to come multiple times in a single trip.
Assurément que dès que je retournes a Montréal vous êtes dans mon détour. Avoir de la bouffe australienne & neo zelandaise nous manques ça à Quebec.
Absolutely incredible! This place is a meat pie paradise. Every bite is a burst of savory perfection. The crust is flaky & buttery, & the fillings are rich & flavorful. From classic beef to exotic lamb, they've mastered every recipe. The staff is friendly, & the aroma alone draws you in from the street. If you're a meat pie enthusiast, this is your mecca. Five stars all the way!
Ordered a classic beef & a beef bacon cheese to try - They were so good that on the way back to the car, we had to stop to pick up a few frozen pies for later. Soft, flakey, & the filling is tender & delicious. About $8 a hand pie is very fai
Great Australian pie shop right next to Jean Mance park! The dough is very good, & the filling is really tasty. Served in great little cardboard holders to eat on the go. The people are very kind! Vegetarian options, but no vegan options.
Mon pie boeuf & fromage était pas pire vraiment. Mais je trouve que 8.5$+tax+tip est pas du tout raisonnable pour un street food snack. Le 1$ de plus pour les items chauds est pas correct. On paye le mile end premium ici :(
Wow!!! I didn't know what to expect about this pies & wowwww!!! Absolutely delicious 10/10
Day 1 in @montreal & the first order of business was to climb Mount Royal. Coming down for lunch, we checked out this place serving cusine from New Zealand, @ta_pies. Surely, 4.8 stars from over 600 reviews is something? & something it was! Just awesome pies. But don't miss the rum balls!
I have been a fan for years, but mostly through delivery. I was in the neighbourhood recently, though, & I went in. Had a great experience chatting with the person behind the counter, everything was great, except that when I opened up the box to eat my pie, it was the wrong one. I ordered butter chicken, I received what looked like bolognese sauce & cheese. I still ate it (no time to go back), & it was delicious, it was just the wrong kind. You haven't lost a customer, I'm just going to be extra careful next time, or stick to ordering in.
Nicely decorated little shop. Staff were nice & very friendly. I was told the butter chicken is the best seller but honestly didn't think it really blew me away. Would recommend the classic beef though. Buttery pastry shell stuffed with delicious fillings. They have the frozen/refrigerated pies if you want to stock up the fridge with quick but filling meals.
Ordered my fiancee the Sausage Rolls. She loved them & said some of the best she has ever had. It's a little hole in the wall type store with some of the best homemade pies in Quebec. Highly recommended to go in & or order on one of the available food apps.
I've been going here since they opened! Amazing food & people! The pies here are better than many you find in New Zealand!
One of a kind spot in Montreal for Australian meat pies. The staff is always super friendly, they have fair pricing & great options for vegetarians too. There's not much seating inside or on the balcony but people mostly get take out so you rarely have an issue finding a seat if you do want to eat there.
Very close to the authentic meat pies that I tried in New Zealand. Definitely will be going back for more!
