Sushi Hin & sushi StJean are like night & day... sushi StJean was awful with horrible & greedy owners. They even charged for spicy mayo... can you believe that? That being said, I heard alot of good things about Hin from my friends that had the opportunity to try it. This is why i decided to head there this week. We were greeted by the manager Ming. He was very courteous & always had a smile. It was already a change! The food came & it was fresh, delicious & on point! We will definitely go back again!!! Thank you sushi Hin team!
Je vais commencer positivement ! Le service est impeccable. Les employés sont gentils, accueillants & à l'écoute. À ce niveau vraiment parfait! Malheureusement, c'est la nourriture qui fu un problème. Les sushis n'étaient pas bons. Étant une grande amatrice de sushis, j'ai été déçue. Ils n'étaient pas frais, peu goûteux & il y avait un arrière goût amer. Heureusement ! Les assiettes d'accompagnements tels que : le poulet tao, de pad tai, la pieuvre grillée,etc. Étaient bonnes. Si vous avez vu la vidéo tik tok avec une présentation incroyable & de belles assiettes qui vous donnent l'impression d'être dans un restaurant luxueux , sachez que ce n'est pas ce que vous allez recevoir, mais bien des assiettes régulières sans décorations. En ce qui concerne l'ambiance, c'est très calme. Une belle musique douce & pas très forte. Une ambiance parfaite pour une date ou un souper entre amis. Personnellement, ce n'est pas un endroit où je retournerais, mais c'est mon opinion. Au final chacun ses goûts.😊
Le restaurant n'est vraiment plus ce qu'il était. la nourriture est fade & n'a pas vraiment de saveurs. Le seul point positif c'est le service rapide puisqu'il ne n'y avait presque personne dans le restaurant. De plus il faut faire attention puisqu'il possède toujours les mêmes notes que l'ancien resto qu'il remplace, le Sushi St Jean qui lui était bon. tout se qu'il on fait c'est renommé le bâtiment sur Google map pour conserver leur veille note, si je ne me trompes pas le Sushi St Jean avait fermé pour des raisons d'hygiène mais je n'ai jamais eu de réel confirmation
Best all you can eat in the West Island hands down. The fish is fresh & great quality while the calm atmosphere & kind waiters make you feel welcome & taken care of.

The best all you can eat sushi! With a real sushi!!!lots of filling & fish & little rice this what i call sushi. Staff is really nice & attentive. Cocktails are great & also they have soju with many different tastes 🤤

Extremely happy that the restaurant reopened under new administration!! Excellent servings sizes & tasty food! A lot of options to choose from. Ordering is made easy from QR code using your phone which is much more hygienic.
Plusieurs choix de sushi & mets. Qualité de la nourriture excellente. Service rapide. Il y avait erreur pour la sangria de ma blonde mais ils l'ont remplacé gratuitement sans tracas
Fantastic service & food! I thought it would be similar to sushi st-jean but decided to give Sushi Hin a try & it absolutely exceeded my expectations! The food was fresh & flavourful & the service was a delight. I highly recommend the salmon Tataki if you enjoy salmon sashimi.
The food was delicious & fresh. Thick slices of salmon & tuna sashimi. Waiter & owner were very nice. We had a great time in a great atmosphere. I went twice already & was never deceived. Definitely coming back there.
Excellent experience at lunch on a weekday. Attentive staff & great options including sashimi, which at many places is only available for dinner. It was 26.99 for weekday lunch all you can eat plus tax/tip.
