I sadly dont like to leave low reviews. However the service I recieved was greatly disappointing.

I will say I was alone & seated almost immediately. However with that said I waited over 40 minutes for my order which never came complete. I also saw bigger tables beside me order later & receive their stuff while i continued to wait.

After notifying the staff multiple times i get met with'we are busy'. Seeing how we all pay equal prices which arent cheap to begin with, i figured i would get equal service but not tonight

Fresh Sushi but service declines when it gets busy which is understandable. I waited 30 minutes for an order. To be honest, I expected more but I still commend my waiters for trying their best. The atmosphere is decent & the bathrooms are okay. The food is great & there is a decent variety.

I wish I took more photos because the displays were incredible, the food was so good that I completely forgot about the review lol. The rolls were so fresh & flavourful, & the menu has so many options of sushi & fried meats & noodles & all your typical all you can eat sushi place. I would definitely come back!

Service very bad, you send you order, then you wait 20 minutes to receive just a simple of food, our visit took more than 3 hours, we were obliged to cancel some orders, it is the policy to make clients leave without finish their dinner.
The quality is modest, the report quality / price is very bad.
Even when ask for the bill. We were waiting 15 minutes.
We will not go back to this restaurant.

Please spare yourself from such bad mannered staff! All you can eat but that's if you have 5 hours to spare…… was there for almost 2 hours & barely tried 3 dishes . When I complained of the delay they offered to charge for 2 people instead of 3, when the bill came they claimed they changed their mind. Would not recommend, plenty of other better places around.

Worst experience I've ever had at ayce sushi. Didn't get sushi for an hour. Only fried food.

Horrible experience. We got everything but sushi. They gave us fried food & noodles only. Absolutely ridiculous & unacceptable avoid this place at all cost.
