We ordered the first round of sushi & sashimi, & they didn't come after 30 mins; therefore, we asked the waiter to check our order, & they finally come but still missing the ones I wanted. Basically, you need to continue check with the waiters after you place your orders especially sushi & sashimi. However, their bbq shrimps are really good though, my son's had to of them. Their sushi & sashimi are not bad at all, some of them tasted well actually.

Food was great, quality too, portions was a bit in the large side. Mostly when you going there for the all you can eat side of it. Enjoyed my experience. Do recommend it!
We been going to this place for a very long time & i NEVER had a bad experience like this in my life. I usually do not leave reviews or complain about my services.
We got there about 6:40pm we got a few of our plates, the people next to us just sate down, asked the waiter to see where was our order, we made another order while the people next to us were getting food, also saw they haven't come around with water & cleaned up our plates. Waited 30MIN!! To get water plus he gave me the leftover water that didn't even gave me enough to drink. We were so angry at this point, we asked for the bill & still waited almost 20MIN!!! We got the bill $105.50 sorry but wasn't worth it, told the waiter what happened & he answered us'sorry but we were busy' NOOOO BUDDY!!! Paid our bill & left NO TIP

La première fois que j'ai commandé, tout s'est bien passé, mais la deuxième fois, j'ai attendu entre 20 & 30 minutes sans être servi. Le service de ce restaurant laisse à désirer.
Honestly, this was a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor - we waited over 30 minutes for our food with no apology or explanation at all.
When the food finally arrived, it didn't taste good & definitely wasn't worth the wait.
The staff seemed untrained & confused, & everything felt very disorganized. Even the way the food was served was chaotic, with dishes being placed randomly on the table.
We also tried to speak with the manager, but unfortunately, they didn't handle the situation well or offer any solution.
Overall, a very bad experience, & we won't be coming back.
We visited this restaurant as a group of 11 people, & unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing from start to finish. While we understand that large groups can be challenging, the level of service we received was far below expectations.
From the beginning, the staff seemed unprepared & disorganized. It took a long time to prepare our orders, & there was confusion with multiple dishes-some meals were forgotten entirely, while others were brought out incorrectly. The timing was also an issue, as people at the table were served at very different moments, making it difficult to enjoy the meal together.
Communication with the staff was frustrating. It was hard to get their attention, & when we did, our concerns didn't seem to be handled with much urgency or care. Simple requests took far too long, & there was little follow-up to ensure everything was satisfactory.
Overall, the poor coordination & lack of attentiveness made what should have been an enjoyable group outing quite unpleasant. I would not recommend this restaurant for large groups based on this experience.

Malgré plusieurs visites auparavant, celle d'hier a été particulièrement décevante : service extrêmement lent, commandes en retard de plus de 30 minutes, & aucune amélioration malgré notre réclamation.
Quality & taste are just not there. Ingredients are clearly not fresh. The place deserves at least a minor renovation & new chairs. Service is fast & efficient.
Service décevant. Nous sommes allés en famille avec des enfants. À 13 h 55, le propriétaire s'est présenté uniquement à notre table pour nous informer que la cuisine fermait dans 10 minutes, en nous pressant de commander, alors que l'heure de fermeture réelle est 15 h.
Lorsque nous avons commandé des crèmes glacées individuelles (nous étions six), toutes les boules ont été servies dans un seul bol, à nous de les répartir nous-mêmes ce qui est assez surprenant comme service.
De plus, lorsque les plats sont apportés, les factures de commande sont placées sous la nourriture en contact direct avec celle-ci ce qui soulève des préoccupations au niveau de l'hygiène.
Enfin, le propriétaire est revenu nous voir pour nous demander de payer alors que nous étions encore en train de manger ce qui donnait clairement l'impression qu'on voulait nous faire partir rapidement.
Bref, le service à la clientèle laisse beaucoup beaucoup à désirer.
Point positif : la nourriture est bonne

Their salmon sushi pizza was so good, it was literally perfect! Their soups are also fantastic. Great location, perfect place to go before or after the mall since Fairview is right by it & plenty of parking as well.
Aller visiter cet endroit pour la premiere fois ce weekend.
Nous avions réservé alor on nous a assis très vite.
Service très rapidement. Les plats sortent vite.
Certain sont chaud & dautre non.
Le plats avaient en général bon goût.
Quand ils disent qu'il vous charge pour les items non condommés...il.vous charge vraiment. Alor fais gaff aux gaspillages.
Beef Tataki was one of my favorite. They changed it to a worst one. The meat of Lamb Skewers isn't good anymore. Had higher expectations for the'one per order dishes', but that failed me too. The other usuals are acceptable?
I've noticed a sharp decline in quality lately. I've ordered delivery from here many times because it's always been a great value-for-price, but my last couple of orders have been disappointing. The rolls have been arriving in poor shape , falling apart, & they've switched to imitation wasabi.
