This was my fifth time at Sushi Hin, & it never disappoints! The all-you-can-eat menu has an amazing variety - from fresh sashimi to creative specialty rolls & hot dishes. Everything is always fresh, delicious, & beautifully served. The service is fast & friendly, & the ordering system makes it super convenient. You really get great value for the price. Definitely one of my go-to sushi spots in the city. Can't wait for my next visit!View more

The most insane AYCE sushi I have ever been to in all of Montreal & it is not an exaggeration. Tuna/salmon sashimi & tataki, beef sashimi, pad thai, fried rice, short ribs, mussels, special rolls... wow incredible. They have Makis without rice as well! Food arrives hot & fresh at your table within minutes of ordering & everything is delicious. You order with your phone by scanning the QR code on the table, & all the people from the table can see when an item is added.
With tax & 15% tip it comes to around $54 per adult for dinner, but trust me guys it is well worth it for special occasions or if you just want to satisfy a sushi craving. Come here with friends so you get the chance to try many items from the menu. & please make sure to tip them well! Service is consistently outstanding. My favorite AYCE sushi spot. Amazing service, kind & warm hearted staff. The manager even recognized me. The food comes out fresh & HOT, sashimi of the top quality. Never disappoints I've been about 10 times since they've open. Be alone up to a group of 10, always the same service & quality of food.View more

We had a reservation at 7 pm, however still waited 40 minutes to be seated, when ordering the service was fast however a lot of the items that we order never show up, it is so hard to speak to any of the servers, they are running to serve & avoid eye contact, for examples I ordered ginger like 6 times, & never received any, I ordered some sashimi & maki, I get the maki but not the sashimi, as if they selectively choose what to give you, which is something I did not like, for almost 45$ a person I wouldnt say i had the best experienceView more

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm & inviting, with a modern yet cozy decor that set the perfect mood for a sushi night. The menu offered a fantastic variety of rolls, sashimi, & specialty dishes. We tried the signature rolls, & each one was a delightful blend of flavors & fresh ingredients. The sushi was impeccably prepared, with the fish melting in our mouths, & the presentation was stunning. The service was outstanding; our server was knowledgeable & attentive, offering great recommendations without being intrusive. I was a pretty disappointed with my experience, I saw they had a new management & new name via tiktok (I went before when it was Sushi St-Jean), it looked super good on video so I wanted to try it. The sashimi octopus was still half frozen (half hard & icey) & because of that it was really chewy. It had less choices than before considering the price we were paying, I was really disappointed with the choices they had. The service was okay, they got our orders mixed up multiple times & they brought some of my orders on an other table behind us & when we did get our new order, it wasn't really tasty. I had to ask to fill my water about 2 times. Only 1 server was super sweet & nice, I should have gotten his name. We had an sleeping infant with us & they somehow placed us right next to a huge family with 6 kids, so it was pretty loud & chaotic (no judgement to them) it just made our atmosphere really stressful with our baby. Drove 30-40 minutes to come try it too, which made it more disappointing.View more

Came here with low expectations, but it was a nice surprise ! The food came out quick, empty plates were taken out quickly, napkins & water were refilled without asking, overall a nice evening dinner. The kitchen food was pretty good, nothing was warm, everything was hot like it came out of the stove. We especially liked the tempura, the beef skewers & beef rolls with green onions. There are the classics that you can expect from an all you can eat (dynamite, california, dragon eye, sashimi, etc.) & they were fine ! Overall I liked it, it is pretty expensive, 40$ per person on a Thursday.View more

Sushi Hin has taken over brillantly over previous owner (Sushi St-Jean) They have 2 different menu options for lunch & dinner. For the Lunch that we selected during a weekend it was 29$ per person. For a little more ypu can select dinner even at lunch time to unveal lot more options. Quality is amazing. & yes you want to order more of the same.. meaning that taste & execution are great ! Oh yeah. memories came back.. & YES it was pack in no time. Kitchen was taking order until 2.30pm Maki, sashimi (salmon), hosomaki, temaki & kitchen wow.. kitchen amazing. We went on a Sunday, & the restaurant was packed! We were impressed with how quick, attentive, warm & efficient the service was. Great staff & I would say that this is easily one of my top AYCE in Montreal. Quality is great especially for the price. Enjoyed their rolls, sashimi & skewers. We also enjoyed the cocktails (go for the lychee martini yum) & also the nice selection of sakes & soju. Will definitely return & happy that the West Island gets to have this gem in their area!View more

The salmon sashimi, oil fish sashimi, beef tataki, & avocado rolls are consistently fresh. But the salmon pizza was a miss for me. The breaded rice was cold & not too crispy. The chicken pad thai was more savory than sweet & was a bit dry. The flavor was too subtle. I wish it had a bolder flavor & more sauce.View more

It was my first time at Sushi Hin. We were 15 people in total, including 4 kids aged from 5 to 9. We were skeptical about the restaurant due to certain reviews we saw on Google. Luckily, we still gave it a try because it was beyond our expectations. First of all, I'd like to thank the manager & the servers who took care of us. They made us feel welcome & gave us a very nice service all the way through the end. The sushi were nicely presented & fresh. Our sashimi were nicely cut, & they were served cold. We went on a Tuesday night, & the manager was very kind enough to make us try a few rolls that only appeared on the weekends menu. The tuna tataki & salmon tataki were very good. The citrus sauce that comes with it made the dish very pleasant to eat on a hot day. My favorite was the lamb skewers, not dry & just a bit fatty to have that nice taste of lamb. My family was surprised by their kitchen dishes. The dishes such as the pad Thai had a nice flavor of wok hei. My kids who are picky eaters ate a lot & were able to find something to enjoy since they have a huge variety of choice. We'll definitely come back to try the rest of the menu. So far, the best all you can eat sushi we had in a long time.View more

Ok I just had the best AYCE meal ever! Newly opened, A-MA-ZING meal. Everything was so fresh. A large variety of sashimi & they have some specialty dish that most AYCE don't offer. It's a must try! Nice place , very clean. The kitchen & the sushi are amazing. The hosomaki are bot fill with rice & theyre perfect. Sashimi are good & fresh.
