Came with my future in-laws & girlfriend. Experience was wonderful. Food was very well done, you can tell if a sushi spot is good if they do their rice right & if the quality of ingredients are good. Here they do a great job, rice was tasty, fish didn't have any fishy taste, & ingredients were well prepared & cut. I loved the rolls. They cut the cucumbers the way I like it, thin strands instead of big pieces. Service was very attentive & friendly. Food came out very quickly as well, faster than any other all you can eat restaurant I've been to (over 10) Overall, highly recommend! I will definitely be coming back. Hopefully next time it won't be fitted in laws, just in-laws ;-)View more

Not bad, but not great. Service was really fast, but the sushi was too big & not well done. Missing a changing table in the bathroom. Edit: We came back & the food was better, the sushi size was improved & changing table installed. It was super nice of the owner to respond to this review with actions. Clearly shows an appreciation for its customers. Will come back & recommend.View more

This place is amazing. its price is affordable, the pieces are massive, & the service is some of the fastest I've seen. Compared to most restaurants, sushi hin has a bouffet like feature paying 37.99 for adults, 35.99 for seniors, & 20.99 for children. With the lunches being even less. Again, this is a bouffet, & for the service & quality, these prices are amazing. The food was some of the best sushi around. Not only were the pieces high quality, but they were also massive in size compared to most other restaurants,even allowing take out with portions of sushi you would pay 20 dollars for.The wide variety allowed even does with several restrictions to try at least some parts of the menu. The service was also some of the best around. After we had ordered it, it took less than 5 minutes for the first pieces to appear something I've never seen at other sushi places. & even once the food had come, there was always a staff member near & ready to assist with a smile on their faces. Overall, this was one of the best sushi restaurants I've had, if not the best. No where beat the speed variety & taste of the sushi. If ever you want sushi I highly recommend this restaurant if you want a quality dinner & a good time. The pictures included are a very small part of the meal.View more

I want to preface that the service was excellent. It was quick, every one was so nice, no complaints on that. However, I'm so sad to say that the food was really underwhelming. The water had an aroma of mould. The rice was overcooked & unseasoned. It just tasted like mush. Everything tasted the same & there was no smoked salmon which is one of my favourite. I'm sorry but I cannot recommend this place.View more

My fiancée & I decided to try what used to be sushi st-jean & now is sushi hin. Let's just say the past is the past because the new management & owner has really given this place a new life. We always take more pictures trying out new places for the reviews, but this time we were both so into the food & the options that it completely made us forget to take any. Great atmosphere, great sushi & even the meat options were simply better than other buffets. We will be coming back 100% & the manager/owner is also really kind & clearly cares to make the restaurant work, recommend it to everyone to at least give it a try, if you don't like it, we'll take it for ourselves 😁😁😁View more
