So me my mom's & my grandma went here excited cause we had been searching for food for an hour! BTW I am on my mom's account. Anyway when we walked in they told us we HAD to finish by 2:00 mind you it was 1:24 so we sat down we ordered & just cuz we are a bit white they gave us forks! Like we know how to use chopsticks, we got our food, it was not very fresh. I got my fish & I love fish but this was not good fish. Maybe the time of day..Idk. but they talked to us very loudly. I will not be coming back. I hope this helped!

Fresh Sushi but service declines when it gets busy which is understandable. I waited 30 minutes for an order. To be honest, I expected more but I still commend my waiters for trying their best. The atmosphere is decent & the bathrooms are okay. The food is great & there is a decent variety.

I wish I took more photos because the displays were incredible, the food was so good that I completely forgot about the review lol. The rolls were so fresh & flavourful, & the menu has so many options of sushi & fried meats & noodles & all your typical all you can eat sushi place. I would definitely come back!

Amazing service & the food is fresh & tasty. Service is fast we didn't wait for our food like some other sushi places. The staff is very welcoming & very kind. That's my best place for all you can eat sushi so far.

Probably the worst sushi I ever had, it was stale, really salty, not fresh, bland, yuck.

I didn't even order a lot because we hated everything we tried. They said I have to pay for the sushi I didn't eat.
Not sure if they charged me the extra yet, but will definitely fight the charge.

Overall would highly not recommend. Do not go. I feel terrible after eating that garbage. Waste of 40$ per person.

Food quality was not worth 40$ per person especially on Tuesday night. Food was not fresh & it was bland. Soup tastes like water & only got it mid way through my order. Don't recommend, save your money. It's not a sushi place for West Island prime location. Overall disappointing.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately it was a terrible experience.

The sushi was ice cold, as if it had been refrigerated overnight instead of being freshly made. To make matters worse, there were bugs around the food, which completely ruined our appetite.

I do want to mention that the staff were very kind, understanding, & accommodating. They handled the situation professionally, & I don't blame them. In fact, one of the staff members even told us they've been trying to convince the owner that the food quality needs to improve.

Unfortunately, good service couldn't make up for the poor food quality & cleanliness. I can't recommend this restaurant, & I would suggest going somewhere else until these issues are addressed.

This place is on another level. The sushi was fresh, flavorful, beautifully prepared, & the variety of choices was seriously impressive. Every dish was packed with quality & attention to detail.

The service was friendly & efficient, the atmosphere was welcoming, & the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Whether you're a sushi lover or just looking for a great place to enjoy a meal, Sushi Hin delivers.

One of the best sushi spots in Montreal - great value, great flavors, & a place you'll want to come back to again & again.
