This was a very pleasant surprise.
The menu offers a good variety of rolls & dishes.
I appreciated that they have choices that are a bit out of the ordinary as well as classics. The staff is friendly & attentive. The place doesn't get too loud & the food quality is pretty good. Definitely a good quality all you can eat.

Overall, it was a good experience. For $29 it is a good deal for lunch, however it is missing some options such as shrimp on skewer, which is understandable. However I did find that the presentation & the quality was not up to standard to others AYCE restaurants close by. It tasted good, but the rice was falling apart & was not as presentable. I will say that the service is very quick & they are professional, & the restaurant is clean.View more

My favorite AYCE sushi spot. Amazing service, kind & warm hearted staff. The manager even recognized me. The food comes out fresh & HOT, sashimi of the top quality. Never disappoints I've been about 10 times since they've open. Be alone up to a group of 10, always the same service & quality of food.View more

This place has opened where was formerly Sushi St-Jean. Let me say this has been a huge upgrade in not only food quality but also in service. They offer more than 100 options all-you-can-eat, & the food has a much better quality than the competitors in the neighborhood. The service is great, they bring your orders almost instantly, despite the fact that the place is always packed with costumers. I would definitely reccomend this place as it is one of the best sushi places in Montréal.View more

If you think you know all you can eat sushi, think again. After trying multiple spots across Laval & Montreal I can confidently say that this West Island gem Sushi Hin is in a league of its own. The quality of the fish is fresh & above what you'd expect from an unlimited sushi spot.
One of the biggest things that stood out to me was the rice to fish ratio. Unlike most places that overload their sushi with rice here the rice is thin just enough to hold everything together. It felt like I was eating à la carte sushi rather than your typical all you can eat.
The service was also a highlight. The staff is friendly & welcoming & a cool feature is that you place your orders yourself through your phone. We did experience a bit of a delay in receiving our food since we came at peak rush hour but once the staff noticed we had been waiting a little too long they immediately prioritized our order.

A very spacious restaurant for an all you can eat. The hot dishes are served hot unlike some other restaurants where it arrives cold at the table & the sushis are fresh. Came with my future in-laws & girlfriend. Experience was wonderful. Food was very well done, you can tell if a sushi spot is good if they do their rice right & if the quality of ingredients are good. Here they do a great job, rice was tasty, fish didn't have any fishy taste, & ingredients were well prepared & cut. I loved the rolls. They cut the cucumbers the way I like it, thin strands instead of big pieces. Service was very attentive & friendly. Food came out very quickly as well, faster than any other all you can eat restaurant I've been to (over 10) Overall, highly recommend! I will definitely be coming back. Hopefully next time it won't be fitted in laws, just in-laws ;-)View more

This place is amazing. its price is affordable, the pieces are massive, & the service is some of the fastest I've seen. Compared to most restaurants, sushi hin has a bouffet like feature paying 37.99 for adults, 35.99 for seniors, & 20.99 for children. With the lunches being even less. Again, this is a bouffet, & for the service & quality, these prices are amazing. The food was some of the best sushi around. Not only were the pieces high quality, but they were also massive in size compared to most other restaurants,even allowing take out with portions of sushi you would pay 20 dollars for.The wide variety allowed even does with several restrictions to try at least some parts of the menu. The service was also some of the best around. After we had ordered it, it took less than 5 minutes for the first pieces to appear something I've never seen at other sushi places. & even once the food had come, there was always a staff member near & ready to assist with a smile on their faces. Overall, this was one of the best sushi restaurants I've had, if not the best. No where beat the speed variety & taste of the sushi. We tried it for the first time because of all the great food reviews we've read. To be honest, Compared to our family's usual spot the taste is not just there, sorry! Some of them are tasty but I would say 95% of the rest tastes the exact same thing you can buy at Place Vertu kiosk, not even Sushi Shop quality to be honest. Wish them the best anyway!View more

Best sushi ever. please ignore the fake reviews, this place is probably getting hate from other sushi places. I read all the "bad" reviews & they are all lies. It's exactly the opposite. Service is very fast. You will never find a hair. Seriously? Why are these people lying. I've been there atleast a dozen times this dinner is cleaner than a church. Even thier wasabi & pickles taste very fresh. Food is top quality directly from the water & never frozen. I never tasted something as fresh & Authentic. Absolutely the best of the bestView more

This place NEVER disappoints. Dont listen to fake reviews that are bieng posted by fake people. I work in the food industry & noticed that this place was 4.9 when it opened & it is STILL 5 stars. This restaurant is SO GOOD I am guessing there are competitors who post nasty reviews. They are fake. I haven't met anyone who ate there & complained. We all love it. I dont mind driving 50 min to come down here. If you're having a bad day, you should honeslty invest in a good experience. Food is HEAVENLY. The vibe is just exquisite. You will never ever get this quality of taste offered in every single dish anywhere in Montreal. My fav are the spicy mussels, Tattaki, Teriyaki Salmon, all handrolls, dumplings, tender chicken skewers, oozing shrimps... actually EVERYTHING. Every dish is truly a work of art. Taste is super original making you feel like you traveled somewhere far. Please TIP THESE GUYS GOOD.
