This was my fifth time at Sushi Hin, & it never disappoints! The all-you-can-eat menu has an amazing variety - from fresh sashimi to creative specialty rolls & hot dishes. Everything is always fresh, delicious, & beautifully served. The service is fast & friendly, & the ordering system makes it super convenient. You really get great value for the price. Definitely one of my go-to sushi spots in the city. Can't wait for my next visit!View more

This all-you-can-eat sushi spot has really stepped up since the change in ownership. The taste of the food has improved so much everything is fresher & more flavorful. The staff is also really friendly & attentive, which makes the experience even better. Definitely worth revisiting if you haven't been in a while!View more

The menu offers a good variety of rolls & dishes.
I appreciated that they have choices that are a bit out of the ordinary as well as classics. The staff is friendly & attentive. The place doesn't get too loud & the food quality is pretty good. Definitely a good quality all you can eat.

This place has opened where was formerly Sushi St-Jean. Let me say this has been a huge upgrade in not only food quality but also in service. They offer more than 100 options all-you-can-eat, & the food has a much better quality than the competitors in the neighborhood. The service is great, they bring your orders almost instantly, despite the fact that the place is always packed with costumers. I would definitely reccomend this place as it is one of the best sushi places in Montréal.View more

If you think you know all you can eat sushi, think again. After trying multiple spots across Laval & Montreal I can confidently say that this West Island gem Sushi Hin is in a league of its own. The quality of the fish is fresh & above what you'd expect from an unlimited sushi spot.
One of the biggest things that stood out to me was the rice to fish ratio. Unlike most places that overload their sushi with rice here the rice is thin just enough to hold everything together. It felt like I was eating à la carte sushi rather than your typical all you can eat.
The service was also a highlight. The staff is friendly & welcoming & a cool feature is that you place your orders yourself through your phone. We did experience a bit of a delay in receiving our food since we came at peak rush hour but once the staff noticed we had been waiting a little too long they immediately prioritized our order.

L'accueil & le service était très bien, la cuisine globalement bien pour un all you can eat mais j'ai été un peu déçue après avoir vu des avis si élogieux. Je ne savais pas que plusieurs options n'étaient pas disponibles le midi ( ça se comprend avec la différence de prix mais c'est bien de le savoir avant), les sushis sont bons mais le riz manque d'assaisonnement ( vinaigre ect ). La plupart des plats étaient bons & les portions étonnement généreuses, sauf le poulet au citron qu'on a vraiment pas aimé. Ca reste un bon restaurant all you can eat surement bien mieux le soir.View more

A very spacious restaurant for an all you can eat. The hot dishes are served hot unlike some other restaurants where it arrives cold at the table & the sushis are fresh. Our second time here & the food quality has been consistent. This will be our new sushi all you can eat spot. Extra points for easy parking!View more

Came with my future in-laws & girlfriend. Experience was wonderful. Food was very well done, you can tell if a sushi spot is good if they do their rice right & if the quality of ingredients are good. Here they do a great job, rice was tasty, fish didn't have any fishy taste, & ingredients were well prepared & cut. I loved the rolls. They cut the cucumbers the way I like it, thin strands instead of big pieces. Service was very attentive & friendly. Food came out very quickly as well, faster than any other all you can eat restaurant I've been to (over 10) Overall, highly recommend! I will definitely be coming back. Hopefully next time it won't be fitted in laws, just in-laws ;-)View more

Formule All you can eat. Le service est très rapide & la variété de choix est quand même impressionnante. Il n'y a pas que des sushi non plus. Plusieurs mets asiatiques de style "szechuan" comme du boeuf à l'orange & des plats typiques de l'Asie du sud-est comme le pad Thai qui en passant est vraiment très très bon. Il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts. En parlant de goût, l'ensemble des plats que j'ai pu goûter sont excellent, goûteux & bien apprêtés. Les drinks sont généreux en alcool. J'ai goûter pour la première fois à un Cosmopolitain. Wow, merveilleux. & le litchi Martini est également très bon. Pour vrai, ça vaut la peine. Ya quand même un bon nombre de place pour du stationnement sinon pas loin ya un mall avec énormément de stationnement. Belle qualité, énormément de choix, service rapide. Bravo! Came here with low expectations, but it was a nice surprise ! The food came out quick, empty plates were taken out quickly, napkins & water were refilled without asking, overall a nice evening dinner. The kitchen food was pretty good, nothing was warm, everything was hot like it came out of the stove. We especially liked the tempura, the beef skewers & beef rolls with green onions. There are the classics that you can expect from an all you can eat (dynamite, california, dragon eye, sashimi, etc.) & they were fine ! Overall I liked it, it is pretty expensive, 40$ per person on a Thursday.View more
