It has become one of my favorite sushi all-you-can-eat buffet restaurants.
Fresh Sashimi is available for both lunch & dinner. A variety of sushi & dishes are available.
Service is consistently good. Food comes out generally fast.
Overall, it was a good experience. For $29 it is a good deal for lunch, however it is missing some options such as shrimp on skewer, which is understandable. However I did find that the presentation & the quality was not up to standard to others AYCE restaurants close by. It tasted good, but the rice was falling apart & was not as presentable. I will say that the service is very quick & they are professional, & the restaurant is clean.
Impressed with the lunch menu!!!! Other places got mor expensive & reduced their menu… but this one is massive just like it used to be before Covid Excellent fast service & we will for sure come back !!!
Been coming to this location since years now & today was a cute lunch date with my husband pleasantly surprised by the lunch menu was massive & super delicious as always but our waiter the old man was not in a good mood at all towards the end of our meal he even threw the receipt on my husbands face. Seriously consider giving him a day off

Long waited review, food & service was awesome, Ming the manager was so nice to cater to my sons baptism reception here ( at least 80 people during lunch time on a weekend!!! !) He & the whole staff were very accomodating! Always looking forward to come eat here!
Went for Lunch, only good things were the seaweed salad, the meat & the fried sushi. Other than that, sushi was bland, salmon was dried out & had connective tissue on it. Remnants of the old sushi saint jean....
Such a great deal for sushi. 27$ all you can eat lunch menu. Good quality food & very good & quick service. The restaurant aesthetic is clean & classy, & not too crowded.
We were very well attended from the moment we walked in. We got great recommendations from the waiter & were promptly served every dish. We were allowed to ask for ice cream in the afternoon (in other all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants, ice cream wasn't included in their afternoon -lunch- menu). Great service & atmosphere!

This place is amazing. its price is affordable, the pieces are massive, & the service is some of the fastest I've seen. Compared to most restaurants, sushi hin has a bouffet like feature paying 37.99 for adults, 35.99 for seniors, & 20.99 for children. With the lunches being even less. Again, this is a bouffet, & for the service & quality, these prices are amazing. The food was some of the best sushi around. Not only were the pieces high quality, but they were also massive in size compared to most other restaurants,even allowing take out with portions of sushi you would pay 20 dollars for.The wide variety allowed even does with several restrictions to try at least some parts of the menu. The service was also some of the best around. After we had ordered it, it took less than 5 minutes for the first pieces to appear something I've never seen at other sushi places. & even once the food had come, there was always a staff member near & ready to assist with a smile on their faces. Overall, this was one of the best sushi restaurants I've had, if not the best. No where beat the speed variety & taste of the sushi. If ever you want sushi I highly recommend this restaurant if you want a quality dinner & a good time. The pictures included are a very small part of the meal.
Sushi Hin has taken over brillantly over previous owner (Sushi St-Jean) They have 2 different menu options for lunch & dinner. For the Lunch that we selected during a weekend it was 29$ per person. For a little more ypu can select dinner even at lunch time to unveal lot more options. Quality is amazing. & yes you want to order more of the same.. meaning that taste & execution are great ! Oh yeah. memories came back.. & YES it was pack in no time. Kitchen was taking order until 2.30pm Maki, sashimi (salmon), hosomaki, temaki & kitchen wow.. kitchen amazing. I had that beef brocoli.. & yeah crispy tender.. perfect. I sampled a lot of everything & it was actually very good !!! Staff.. Perfect.
Came for lunch today with my mother & my step father & his son, very nice environment, very clean, food was fast & delightful. Spoke to the owner briefly as it was my step fathers birthday, he gave us a nice birthday greeting & made sure to make us feel very welcomed. Absolutely loved it. Good job to the staff.
Great experience. Sushi is incredible. Staff are really friendly & talkative. Price is great. It is one of the restaurants I & my family always want to go back. Lunch is cheaper. Both lunch & dinner are amazing.

Excellent experience at lunch on a weekday. Attentive staff & great options including sashimi, which at many places is only available for dinner. It was 26.99 for weekday lunch all you can eat plus tax/tip.
