Globalement, Sushi Hin est perçu comme une expérience all you can eat très positive, avec des sashimis et sushis frais, une grande variété de plats et un service rapide même en période de forte affluence, et de nombreux avis soulignent le rapport qualité prix et l’accueil attentionné; la fonctionnalité de commande via téléphone et l’évolution du cadre et de la présentation des plats sont également appréciées depuis le changement de propriétaire, qui a été synonyme d’amélioration notable de la nourriture et du service; certains commentaires soulignent des points négatifs comme des plats parfois tièdes ou froids, un riz parfois trop présent dans certaines portions, ou des soucis de facturation et de cohérence dans le service lors des heures de pointe; malgré ces réserves, l’offre reste considérée comme l’une des meilleures expériences AYCE à Montréal, adaptée aux sorties en famille ou entre amis, avec des plats originaux à découvrir et une ambiance généralement agréable.

I have to update my review to give it a big fat 1 star. If I could give it negative stars, I would.
What I experienced & ate yesterday was not what I had back when I made my review. The service was non existent, missing orders, lack of details to the dishes & attempts at replicating flavors...
The'Wasabi mussels' did not taste like wasabi & more like pesto mussels. I have reasons to believe management/ownership was changed & the new owners took a quick look at the pictures & tried to replicate the recipes. The'Beef Tataki' had a similar spice blend to the first time I went but lacked the shallots to give it flavors. We could not even tell the difference between the beef & tuna tataki (see pictures)
What I had was not'Sushi Hin' but a TEMU version of it.
This is going to be our last time here. Good bye

One of the best sushi AYCE I've been in a while. The service, quality & choices of food is unmatched against other competitors in the area & in montreal. There is AYCE tuna sashimi!! WOW
Absolutely amazing experience at Sushi Hin. The quality of the fish was top-tier-fresh, well-cut, & full of flavor. The all-you-can-eat menu has great variety & everything came out fast & consistent, even when the place was busy.
Service was attentive & professional, & the staff made sure we were always taken care of. The tuna tataki & sashimi were standout items, easily some of the best I've had. For the price, you really get your money's worth.

Food wasnt great this time, sushi rolls were sticky.. chewy like a gum.. & food in general didnt feel fresh.. but the sashimi & crevettes were good as usual i guess. Service was like street food service not very elegant.. I dont know maybe it is bad to come to one place very frequently as you become so familiar to the place which makes the welcoming, the service, the food, & the atmosphere below normal, it just become😏..
Amazing AYCE sushi. Their sashimi portions are great, their tataki are amazing. & we always get their hand rolls too! Nigiris have too much rice though so need to eat them with extra sashimi to balance the ratio
J'ai adoré mon expérience culinaire à cet endroit. Ça a adonné que, lorsque j'y suis allée, il y avait beaucoup d'attente & personne ne nous a accueillis à l'entrée. Par contre, une fois assis, celui qui semblait être le propriétaire était super drôle & sympathique. La qualité de la nourriture est exceptionnelle. Leur sashimi au saumon est un peu plus sucré qu'ailleurs, ce qui le rend très spécial. De plus, les plats qui ne sont pas des sushis, comme le poulet à l'ananas, sont excellents. & surtout, leur tataki de saumon, de thon & de boeuf, ça vaut le détour ! 🍣🍙
I go to a LOT of ayce around mtl,laval & longueuil. This one has the best sashimi i've ever had in Quebec. The texture is perfect. Nothing bad to say. Also theyre the only ones with TUNA sashimi.

Our usual place was closed, so we tried this sushi place. Its a good all you can eat. Fresh sushi, delicious sashimi. Will def keep this one in mind when in the area
Excellent quality, freshness & taste in all the dishes we selected. We had out of town guests & brought them to Sushi Hin to experience our favourite sushi restaurant. There was something for everyone (kids, seniors, pregnant moms, etc.) to all have a selection & variety to choose from, & enjoy. The salmon & tuna sashimi were so fresh! The hot foods came to us piping hot. Food was great! Service was great! Atmosphere was great! Guess it's why I keep coming back!
It has become one of my favorite sushi all-you-can-eat buffet restaurants.
Fresh Sashimi is available for both lunch & dinner. A variety of sushi & dishes are available.
Service is consistently good. Food comes out generally fast.
This was my fifth time at Sushi Hin, & it never disappoints! The all-you-can-eat menu has an amazing variety - from fresh sashimi to creative specialty rolls & hot dishes. Everything is always fresh, delicious, & beautifully served. The service is fast & friendly, & the ordering system makes it super convenient. You really get great value for the price. Definitely one of my go-to sushi spots in the city. Can't wait for my next visit!

Solid all you can eat sushi place, good price for the quality of the sushi. Thick cut sashimi & nigiri pieces & fish tasted fresh. Service was excellent.
The most insane AYCE sushi I have ever been to in all of Montreal & it is not an exaggeration. Tuna/salmon sashimi & tataki, beef sashimi, pad thai, fried rice, short ribs, mussels, special rolls... wow incredible. They have Makis without rice as well! Food arrives hot & fresh at your table within minutes of ordering & everything is delicious. You order with your phone by scanning the QR code on the table, & all the people from the table can see when an item is added.
With tax & 15% tip it comes to around $54 per adult for dinner, but trust me guys it is well worth it for special occasions or if you just want to satisfy a sushi craving. Come here with friends so you get the chance to try many items from the menu. & please make sure to tip them well! Service is consistently outstanding. One thing I dearly hope for is that this restaurant never changes. Thank you Sushi Hin
My favorite AYCE sushi spot. Amazing service, kind & warm hearted staff. The manager even recognized me. The food comes out fresh & HOT, sashimi of the top quality. Never disappoints I've been about 10 times since they've open. Be alone up to a group of 10, always the same service & quality of food.

We had a reservation at 7 pm, however still waited 40 minutes to be seated, when ordering the service was fast however a lot of the items that we order never show up, it is so hard to speak to any of the servers, they are running to serve & avoid eye contact, for examples I ordered ginger like 6 times, & never received any, I ordered some sashimi & maki, I get the maki but not the sashimi, as if they selectively choose what to give you, which is something I did not like, for almost 45$ a person I wouldnt say i had the best experience
I recently dined at Sushi Hin, & it was an exceptional experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm & inviting, with a modern yet cozy decor that set the perfect mood for a sushi night. The menu offered a fantastic variety of rolls, sashimi, & specialty dishes. We tried the signature rolls, & each one was a delightful blend of flavors & fresh ingredients. The sushi was impeccably prepared, with the fish melting in our mouths, & the presentation was stunning. The service was outstanding; our server was knowledgeable & attentive, offering great recommendations without being intrusive. We also enjoyed their selection of soju, which paired perfectly with our meal. Overall, Sushi Hin exceeded my expectations, & I can't wait to return. It's a must-visit for sushi lovers!
