I was a pretty disappointed with my experience, I saw they had a new management & new name via tiktok (I went before when it was Sushi St-Jean), it looked super good on video so I wanted to try it. The sashimi octopus was still half frozen (half hard & icey) & because of that it was really chewy. It had less choices than before considering the price we were paying, I was really disappointed with the choices they had. The service was okay, they got our orders mixed up multiple times & they brought some of my orders on an other table behind us & when we did get our new order, it wasn't really tasty. I had to ask to fill my water about 2 times. Only 1 server was super sweet & nice, I should have gotten his name. We had an sleeping infant with us & they somehow placed us right next to a huge family with 6 kids, so it was pretty loud & chaotic (no judgement to them) it just made our atmosphere really stressful with our baby. Drove 30-40 minutes to come try it too, which made it more disappointing.View more

Les sushis sont bons , Service rapide même limite trop rapide par contre côté cuisine tout goûtaient la même chose . Dessert pas frais Service à revoir!!! nous nous sommes fait reprocher d'avoir laisser 2-3 morceaux de poulet général tao ainsi qu'un restant de riz frit . En nous disant qu'on faisait du gaspillage. Les sushis étaient bons & le service rapide, les viandes sont toutes apprêtées de la même façon. Les desserts n'étaient pas très bons. Ce qui fait en sorte que nous n'y retournerons pas c'est qu'on c'est fait reprochés de laisser quelques morceaux dans nos dernières assiettes, bien qu'elles étaient presque toutes mangées. Resto Sushi a volonté. Resto accueillant, jolie decor & propre. Service rapide. Commande se font a partir de votre cellulaire. Il suffit de scanner le code QR de votre table. Best sushi ever. please ignore the fake reviews, this place is probably getting hate from other sushi places. I read all the "bad" reviews & they are all lies. It's exactly the opposite. Service is very fast. You will never find a hair. Seriously? Why are these people lying. I've been there atleast a dozen times this dinner is cleaner than a church. Even thier wasabi & pickles taste very fresh. Food is top quality directly from the water & never frozen. I never tasted something as fresh & Authentic. Absolutely the best of the bestView more

This place NEVER disappoints. Dont listen to fake reviews that are bieng posted by fake people. I work in the food industry & noticed that this place was 4.9 when it opened & it is STILL 5 stars. This restaurant is SO GOOD I am guessing there are competitors who post nasty reviews. They are fake. I haven't met anyone who ate there & complained. We all love it. I dont mind driving 50 min to come down here. If you're having a bad day, you should honeslty invest in a good experience. Food is HEAVENLY. The vibe is just exquisite. You will never ever get this quality of taste offered in every single dish anywhere in Montreal. My fav are the spicy mussels, Tattaki, Teriyaki Salmon, all handrolls, dumplings, tender chicken skewers, oozing shrimps... actually EVERYTHING. Every dish is truly a work of art. Taste is super original making you feel like you traveled somewhere far. Please TIP THESE GUYS GOOD. Sushi Hin has taken over brillantly over previous owner (Sushi St-Jean) They have 2 different menu options for lunch & dinner. For the Lunch that we selected during a weekend it was 29$ per person. For a little more ypu can select dinner even at lunch time to unveal lot more options. Quality is amazing. & yes you want to order more of the same.. meaning that taste & execution are great ! Oh yeah. memories came back.. & YES it was pack in no time. Kitchen was taking order until 2.30pm Maki, sashimi (salmon), hosomaki, temaki & kitchen wow.. kitchen amazing. It has a hint of sweetness. Presentation was next level. Very good all-you-can-eat sushi experience with convenient parking available. While not the absolute best I've had, the sushi is generally fresh & flavorful, with a decent variety of rolls. The service is friendly & efficient, & the atmosphere is pleasant. There were a few minor inconsistencies in the quality of some rolls, but overall, it's a solid choice for satisfying your sushi cravings at a reasonable price. It's definitely a step up from the old Sushi St. Jean that used to be in the same location.View more

My fiancée & I decided to try what used to be sushi st-jean & now is sushi hin. Let's just say the past is the past because the new management & owner has really given this place a new life. We always take more pictures trying out new places for the reviews, but this time we were both so into the food & the options that it completely made us forget to take any. Great atmosphere, great sushi & even the meat options were simply better than other buffets. We will be coming back 100% & the manager/owner is also really kind & clearly cares to make the restaurant work, recommend it to everyone to at least give it a try, if you don't like it, we'll take it for ourselves 😁😁😁View more

It was my first time at Sushi Hin. We were 15 people in total, including 4 kids aged from 5 to 9. We were skeptical about the restaurant due to certain reviews we saw on Google. Luckily, we still gave it a try because it was beyond our expectations. First of all, I'd like to thank the manager & the servers who took care of us. They made us feel welcome & gave us a very nice service all the way through the end. The sushi were nicely presented & fresh. Our sashimi were nicely cut, & they were served cold. We went on a Tuesday night, & the manager was very kind enough to make us try a few rolls that only appeared on the weekends menu. The tuna tataki & salmon tataki were very good. The citrus sauce that comes with it made the dish very pleasant to eat on a hot day. My favorite was the lamb skewers, not dry & just a bit fatty to have that nice taste of lamb. My family was surprised by their kitchen dishes. The dishes such as the pad Thai had a nice flavor of wok hei. My kids who are picky eaters ate a lot & were able to find something to enjoy since they have a huge variety of choice. We'll definitely come back to try the rest of the menu. So far, the best all you can eat sushi we had in a long time.View more

Been three twice now since I'm in town for 2 weeks. Great all you can eat sushi buffet where you just scan the QR code to bring up their menu in your phone & start ordering away. The menu also have pictures of items for easier food identification which is nice if you don't know what the food is called. Plenty of parking in front of the restaurant. Nice clean restaurant with lots of staff on hand. Staffs are nice, attentive, & work in unison to bring food to your table & taking empty plates away. The foods are fresh & nicely presented every plate. The beef & salmon takaki are some of the delicious dishes that cost $20 a plate at a different restaurant. Great foods. Great service. I recently ate at Sushi Hin & had an exceptional experience. The highlight of my visit was obviously the food but also the impeccable service provided by one of the servers gabrielle. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, & made sure all our needs were met with a smile. The sushi was fresh & delicious, & the ambiance of the restaurant was perfect for a relaxing evening out. Oh.. my.. God.. wife chose this on the fly since we were craving sushi & in the area. BEST CHOICE EVER!! We started receiving food litterally a min after ordering!
