Very good overall! We took the breakfast sandwich with the sausage patty, so good! but be careful the potatoes are not included in the price (we didnt know!) Its a bit pricy, 29$ for a sandwich, potatoes & espresso, but I guess thats how it is these days. Service was good also! Would definitely come back
I took the classic with sausage. There was only one small cold patty. The tomatoes tossed in parsley felt a bit old. Most of my plate was filled with potatoes & there was nothing to spread on the bread. I'd go somewhere for a classic breakfast but the other dishes looked good.

The place is very nice, the food is outstanding, & the service is even better! Despite going during a rush when they were short a staff member, service was personal, very nice & complete. Hats off to the hard working team behind this great experience
This place is high in demand. Only managed to squeeze in because I went solo. Menu is on the pricier side. Atmosphere is well done, fresh & airy but still maintains that Diner vibe. I opted for the pancakes & they were a treat - they were big & fluffy just how I like'em. Service was nothing to complain about either.
Aesthetic, cozy, 😍 brunch, worth the weekend morning wait. Visited Sunny's Dinette on a long weekend trip from Toronto! Suggestions: Avo Toast with Poached Egg (we added some Tabasco) Soup of the Day (we got Cream of Tomato) Taste. Of. Heaven. Filter Coffee was Fresh & Flavourful. Amazing service by the team, helpful suggestions, great with English.
Wonderful experience eating here with kids on a busy Sunday morning The staff was so kind, really attentive & very patient with our toddler. There's even a changing table in the bathroom. I was definitely already at ease with their kindness but then the food was SO good. As a vegetarian, it's rare to be overwhelmed by options but there were too many things to choose from & that was wonderful. The two sharing plates for lunch, Brussel sprouts/cauliflower & the zucchini fritters were delicious & the sauces were very tasty & totally made the dishes. Highly recommend & can't wait to go back!
Delicious, affordable & utterly charming! Even at the end of their shifts, all the folks here are gentle, patient & warm. High quality ingredients, generous portions, it's a real five star brunch
Sunny's Dinette is a decent spot with fair offerings. While the food doesn't stand out as extraordinary, it's not bad either. The service is commendable, & the portion sizes are satisfactory. Although it might not be a memorable experience, it's a reliable choice for a decent meal with good service.
