It was extremely packed & only one employee was doing everyone’s drink. I ordered on the mobile, 15 minutes before arrival. Waited another 10 minutes before the drink arrived.

Café toujours bon mais l'attente était infernale. J'ai commandé avec l'application mobile lorsque je suis arrivé mon café était prêt mais j'ai dû attendre 20 minutes pour mon muffin...

Ça fait plusieurs fois que je fais des commandes mobiles, que j'arrive (après l'heure qui est indiquée dans l'application) & que mon drink n'est pas prêt.. De plus, il faut souvent que tu attends un 10 minutes de plus, puisque les employés priorisent le service au volant. Il faudrait revoir la gestion sur le terrain..
