Firstly im a person who drink starbuck a lot, ive went to plenty of starbucks & ive never had a bad experince. They were having lots of trouble saying that my member card wasn't working (mind you im a member since 2015). Then they took about 20min to prep my drink (there was only another customer) & they ended up not even getting it right. I didnt bother to even ask for more but hopefully its better next time.

Chaque fois que j'y vais il y a des erreurs. Je me suis dit que ça pouvait arriver mais là c'est à chaque fois. Une fois le café est trop sucré, l'autre fois ils oublient le sucre, deux fois ils ont oublié la cannelle & deux autres fois ils ont mis du lait avec lactose après avoir demandé du sans lactose & avoir spécifié l'importance du sans lactose. J'ai été malade les deux fois. Ça ne m'est jamais arrivé dans une autre succursale. C'est terminé pour moi!

This morning at 7:50am I came to buy two coffee with one milk in it & the first time it was cold then the second one they did the coffee again for me without milk I told the employee nicely that she didn't add milk in it she got all frustrated & she added all kind of milk in the coffee with frustration I'm like I asked one milk not all this it will get cold again! I decided to come back with the coffee & gave it back to them quality service very poor !

Dreadful service. They are prioritizing the drive thru & those customers who are inside are left to wait for ages. One the order is placed you can easily spend 15 mins waiting for your regular black coffee. It's the worst Starbucks service I've ever experienced
