Dreadful service. They are prioritizing the drive thru & those customers who are inside are left to wait for ages. One the order is placed you can easily spend 15 mins waiting for your regular black coffee. It's the worst Starbucks service I've ever experienced

Le service est très lent, 20 minutes pour une commande en ligne, alors que ma commande était prête mais personne n'appelait les noms! Il y avait une dizaine de commandes sur le comptoir mais aucun employé semblait s'en occuper. J'ai du demander à faire annuler ma commande pour que l'employé aille vérifier si elle était prête. À chaque fois que je vais à cette succursale je réalise que je devrais toujours passer par le drive-through parce qu'ils sont font prioriser. Nous étions une quinzaine en magasin qui attendaient & pourtant les voitures se faisaient servir sans problème. Je dois toutefois dire, que pour un samedi, il y avait clairement un manque de staff & que le blâme devrait aussi être partagé avec les gestionnaires. Gestionnaires qui devraient peut être aussi réduire ses attentes pour les temps d'attente du drive-through parce que ça empiète sérieusement sur le service en magasin.

La fille qui etais au drive through vers 1h de laprem, girl ton service a la clientele est affreux. Tu agis comme si ont te derange de commander dekoi, si taime pas ta job tu peux quit. Ca fait plusieurs fois que tu donne un service aek un sale aire bete quand les clients te repond avec sourir. Do better or quit :)

Order through the app. I receive notification that my coffee was ready. Went in & waited 15 minutes for the order to be ready. Should have gone to the drive-thru.
