Today I went there, I was waiting there to order, waited for 30 minutes just to place an order but all 3 three girls gave me side eyes & did not come to the station to take my order, they were walking looking at me but not taking my order. They just make me wander' I am invisible to them'. They were on the phone taking & laughing but ignoringing customer.

Très déçue par mon expérience au service au volant. Ce qui me dérange particulièrement, c'est la pression autour du pourboire. Aujourd'hui, on nous demande presque systématiquement un pourboire, même pour une simple commande au volant. Or, quand on laisse un pourboire, on s'attend au minimum à un accueil chaleureux & un service agréable.
Malheureusement, ce n'était pas le cas. Le personnel que j'ai rencontré était froid, peu souriant & donnait l'impression que le client était une simple formalité. Je comprends que le travail puisse être exigeant, mais la courtoisie & le sourire font partie du service.
Avec les prix déjà élevés chez Starbucks, demander en plus un pourboire alors que l'accueil n'est pas à la hauteur laisse un goût amer. Le pourboire devrait récompenser une belle expérience, pas devenir une attente automatique.
Dommage, car un peu plus de chaleur humaine ferait toute la différence.
