Notre expérience chez Carlos & Pepe's à été très agréable. L'ambiance est animée & chaleureuse, parfaite pour passer un bon moment. Notre serveuse était vraiment très attentionnée & sympathique, donc rien à redire sur le service. 😊

Mon mari a pris un burrito qu'il a adoré. De mon côté, j'ai choisi un bowl au steak. La viande était délicieuse & très bien préparée, par contre j'ai trouvé qu'il y avait vraiment beaucoup trop de riz par rapport aux autres ingrédients. J'ai aussi trouvé que le prix de ce plat était un peu élevé, surtout considérant la quantité de riz.

À part ce petit détail, tout était très bien & nous avons passé un bon moment! Je retournerai pour gouter les tacos✨

Malheureusement, il s'agit de ma deuxième expérience décevante ici en l'espace d'un mois. La nourriture manquait clairement d'assaisonnement, & le service était bien en dessous des attentes malgré le fait que le restaurant était peu occupé.

Notre serveuse ne s'occupait que de quelques tables, mais elle était tout de même peu attentive. Une assiette de fajitas très chaude a été déposée assez près pour que je risque de me brûler, & les tortillas ont été placées directement sur mes effets personnels. L'attitude semblait aussi devenir beaucoup plus chaleureuse seulement au moment de payer.

J'aurais normalement mis ça sur le compte d'une mauvaise journée, mais après deux expériences décevantes en un mois, j'espère que la direction prendra ce commentaire au sérieux. Il y a clairement place à amélioration, autant au niveau de la constance des plats que du service.

Première fois pour notre famille & clairement nous allons y retourner! Aucun point négatif a dire. Personnelle super sympathique, nourriture excellente & prix juste. L'ambiance est représentative du Mexique ce qui rend l'expérience encore meilleur. Je recommande ce resto!
