Nice restaurant with good food & good service. The decor is beautiful. It's also kid friendly & in summer, the terrace is beautiful, sunny with great music. Overall, a good atmosphere!
Très bon resto pour repas en famille avec de jeunes enfants. La nourriture & le service sont impeccables. Le décor est original, l'ambiance est festive & décontractée.

We came here for a group of four persons. The decoration was amazing, a typical Mexican Design. They have indoor & outdoor sitting areas. Staff were so friendly & helpful. Food were delicious, specially Fajitas was so delicious. & the portion was large. According to the portion the prices were reasonable. Overall, We had a good time here.
We were visiting Mirabel from just outside Toronto with our son's baseball team & stopped by Carlos & Pepe's for takeout after a long day at the diamond. Even though it was close to 9pm, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, Merrick, who took our orders & made us feel right at home.
While we waited, we decided to enjoy a drink at the bar; the cocktails were delicious & the service from both Merrick & the bartender was outstanding. Merrick took the time to chat with us, learn about what brought us to Mirabel, & made the whole experience feel personal & genuine.
The restaurant itself has a beautiful Mexican vibe; tastefully decorated & spotless. Our food was carefully prepared, generously portioned, & absolutely delicious. It was exactly what we needed after a long day.
We're from Durham Region & honestly wish a place like this existed in our community. We'd love to see Carlos & Pepe's expand; we'd be regulars for sure! If you're anywhere near Mirabel, do yourself a favour & check this place out. Highly recommend!
J'y suis allé pour la première fois le 2024-08-27 un soir de semaine & c'était très tranquille à l'intérieur. La décoration est magnifique, c'est de très bon goût. Le service était très bon de notre serveuse Charlotte. Nous avons pris une pina colada & un mojito pour commencer avec une guacamole à partager & nous avons aimé nos drinks, mais on a été un peu déçu de la guacamole. La portion était très généreuse, mais ce n'était pas très goûteux. Pour le plat principal, j'ai pris des enchiladas avec steak & sauce béchamel & ma conjointe le bol verduras. Les deux plats étaient bien mais sans plus. Les quantités sont très généreuses. Overall, c'était correct mais sans plus.
There is a whole slate of restaurants in this complex & they all look like we'll-decorated & loud [when it is full] factories. It's not that I don't eat well at this restaurant, I just don't like the robotic atmosphere.
If you want to pay for overpriced food & drinks, this place is for you!
This place has a nice décor.
The drinks are good but extremely over priced.
The food was okay(also overpriced for the quality). I had the quesadilla, it had a weird combination of ingredient, the outside was over cooked, the chicken inside was also overcooked & dry.
Our waitress was pretty attentive & came by frequently.
Les Fajitas son excellent, beau décor. La salle à manger est tes bouillante , nous avons patienté plus d'une heure pour avoir notre assiette. J'y retournerai sur la terrasse la prochaine fois.

OUI nous avons apprécier le service & ambiance. le personnelle on un coeur su la main. sont toujours souriant. Très courtois & polyvalent. Wow le décor & la propreté est aussi agréable. Au plaisir de vous revoir nos salutations distinguées
Vraiment très bon. Super belle ambiance, le décor est vraiment beau, les serveuse joviale & chaleureuse. La bouffe était excellente & les prix plus que raisonnable. Nous avons passé une très belle soirée & c'est sur qu'on y retourne.
La nourriture est excellente, le décor est sublime & le personnel accueillant. Je recommande fortement. C'était une première pour nous mais assurément pas la dernière.
