Worst experience ever had in a restaurant.. the waiter spilled hot soup over the table, my clothes & shoes.. luckily my phone survived.. the stain left on my clothes & shoes is permanent now & i had to put it all in trash.. i wish i remembered to take photos.. the managers made me fill a safety incident form & took photos of the damages.. & promised that someone will contact me later for a compensation or any sort of apology.. i didn't expect anything in return but an apology that's all.. but even this apology didn't happen. I would never go back to this place & would recommend it to 0 people. Unforgettable horrible experience.

To any of my vegan & vegetarian folks out there in Montreal, this is a very plant based friendly hotpot for sure!

The self serve ingredients place had plant based gyozas, plant based'fish' strips (haven't tried that one but I am curious to taste it next time). & they have three plant based hotpot broth options such as tomato based soup, mushroom soup & miso broth soup! I have tried both miso & tomato soup & they were delicious. They give free leftover container for your meal if you haven't finished & at the end of your meal & they give a free dairy ice cream cone as a dessert at the end of your meal. If you come over the week before 5PM/17H, they give you free iced tea for you with your meal & free chips at the entrance while you wait for your meal you have purchased. Very yummy & this is my third time visiting & it always hit the spot.

The toilets are clean & welcoming, they put the sink outside the toilet (except for the wheelchair friendly bathrooms) so that people can easily reach to wash their hands without occupying the bathroom before or after they have eaten their meals. They give out free floss, mouthwash & Qtips which is always something I love! They have one wheelchair friendly bathroom, one men's bathroom & one woman's bathroom.

They made changes to their menu, they took down my favourite sichuan dry mix. I took the signature broth very spicy, but still not spicy enough & everything tasted plain.their sause bowl also very shallow & small.better off going to hotpot

Incroyable expérience! 🤩 J'ai adoré. J'y suis allé pour la première fois ce soir, seul, puisque j'étais de passage à Montréal.

Tout était absolument délicieux, mais le bouillon de tomates était tout simplement incroyable! 😍

Je vais rêver de ce souper absolument délicieux une fois de retour au Lac-Saint-Jean! 😍🍽?♥?♥?♥?

It was absolutely terrible. It's fake Chinese food 🤣 If you're looking for authentic Chinese food, definitely don't go there 😰 It wasn't worth the $45 😰 Not a single Asian staff member was there 🤣 It might be okay if you're not looking for authentic Chinese food.

We came on Thursday morning, 10 minutes before opening time. Despite arriving early, we were warmly welcomed & kindly asked to wait while they finished preparing everything.

There were no other customers yet, but the dining area was a little noisy because of the ventilation. However, you can choose a table farther away if that bothers you. The restaurant was very clean, & all the ingredients looked fresh.

We were also offered complimentary iced tea & ice cream afterward. We chose the ingredients we liked & also tried the Tom Yum broth. Everything was delicious, & the broth was moderately spicy (perfect for us).

It was a wonderful experience, & we will definitely come back again.
