The broths are flavorful, & the experience is perfect for sharing with friends or family. As a lovely bonus, they even give you a complimentary ice cream at the end of your meal! Definitely worth trying.
They messed up my order & then replaced with an almost inedible one: I ordered a stir fry spicy base & my partner ordered a soup base. There are definitely something messed up in the kitchen that we wait for a very long time & we see a family next to our table that arrived later than us already have their food. Then they brought my pot, the ingredients are right but it is a soup based. I raised that mine is a stir fry. They immediately took my pot away without saying anything. We did wonder how would they do to make a soup one into a stir fry with same ingredients as they didn't ask me to re-pick my ingredients. In a very short time, like 3-4 minutes, they brought me a new pot. However this one is basically all ingredients buried inside lots lots of tomato hot pot base. It's not a stir fry. The food is not hot just warm. But the most important is that it is super salty & oily & barely edible as it is just like eating the non diluted hot pot base directly. All veggies are heavily wrapped with thick hot pot base. It is like a retaliation against me asking about the wrong order. If they didn't have capacity to fix my order, they could tell me that they were too busy. I would understand & take the soup base one. I didn't ask for a new one, I simply just raised a question that the food brought to me was not what I ordered. Though the ingredients look right, it could be someone else's order. I couldn't finish the dish as it's too salty to even swallow, I was very hungry but I still could not eat it. I have to soak everything into my partner's soup before eating. As other reviews also mentioned, it is obviously that they can be very upset when they made mistakes. I'd suggest never raise any complaint or question, just take whatever you got otherwise you may end up with something you'd never want to eat.
Great place to have a soup or even a sauté. The staff is super friendly ! I highly recommend this spot for do it yourself. They have so many options & the price is very reasonable.

We were a group of 6 & 2 of us got very sick an hour after our visit. Very strong stomach pain, cold sweats, convulsions & puking for the rest of the night.
We are very disappointed with this situation since the food was relatively good. However we should've definitely checked the reviews beforehand & we would of avoided this situation & the sleepless night.
There is definitely something wrong with an ingredient's freshness or a broth since several people are getting sick. This is an abnormal amount of food poisoning cases for a single restaurant. You guys need to figure this out to make sure your future costumers don't get the same issue. Stop copy pasting the same message in the reply's you guys are just making yourselves look careless & actually start investigating the problem.
The cashier at the front was also very rude for no reason but I guess that's also a common occurrence.
We were there Thursday august 27 at 7:30pm.
The ingredients in the bowls were:
1. Mushrooms, beef, msg, shacha broth, lettuce
2. beef, lettuce, garlic, msg, beef broth
My big back got so excited I just kept filling my bowl. I now have leftovers. The miso soup was good, the ice cream was good, the selection of meats, noodles, & vegetables were good.
Super concept & très bon bouillon (miso épicé) avec large variété d'ingrédients, frais & sains. On choisit soi-même ce qu'on veut y mettre & on paie au poids. & le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins. Je recommande 👍
