I love their food it's a 10/10. I been there multiple times ever since they've opened & most of the employees are very kind & helpful but there's some who are super rude & have alot of attitude for no reason. They make mistakes & when you complain about it they get mad & bossy implying that ur wrong which i find very weird & also the guy messed up my order more than 5 times & made me wait half an hour before fixing it so that really got to me!

C'était bon! Un peu cher, surtout que c'est difficile de savoir combien on va payer d'avance & on se laisse facilement emporter en remplissant notre bol. Par contre, les à côtes sont délicieux! La crème glacée au ube est tout simplement géniale.

Belle ambiance, décoration soignée & service agréable. L'expérience est sympa & l'endroit vaut le détour pour son concept. Le cornet de glace était excellent, avec un goût original qui change de l'habitude. En revanche, les plats nous ont vraiment déçus : tout semblait surgelé, rien ne paraissait frais & les saveurs n'étaient pas au rendez-vous. La sauce était beaucoup trop sucrée, au point de donner l'impression de manger des bonbons. Dommage, car le cadre est vraiment réussi, mais nous n'y retournerions pas pour les plats.

Go to La Soupière Malatang. Im not going to explain the difference, but the quality is much better at La soupière Malatang than soup zen.
For privacy reason, i won't leak soupière or zen's organization or way to proceed, but as far I can say, soupière is way more worth it. I would also advice Fusion MAlatang right accross the street which have a great combinaison.

If you want for soup zen bc halal, try soupière too (even if not halal, meat can be removed), every broth can be turn vegeterian without altering the flavor (Because each broth is personalized & accomodated)

Service faster, less noisy, more accomodation & allergies preventions.

Mon rêve de composer soi-même son propore bouillon ! Délicieux, service agréable & rapide ! Par contre, c'est un lieux bruyant & je ne comprends pas le concept de la glace violette qu'on nous donne à la fin ^^ Pensez à réserver !

What an awesome experience where you get to build your own soup. You get so many choice of ingredients to use & it is well priced per weight. The ice cream included as dessert is the nicest final touch.

I tried this restaurant for the first time yesterday. Honestly, the place is beautiful, the staff are friendly, & it was a new experience for me to choose the ingredients I wanted. I will definitely come back again to try new things

Food was.good & lots of meat choices but please fix bathroom door so we know when someone is in it. Someone walked in on me as it wasnt latched properly & once I did latch it properly people kept trying to come in as there is no indication from the outside that bathroom is occupied.
