J'ai aimé mon experience, faire mon ramen personnel c'est nouveau. Pour l'infos le prix actuel c'est 4,95 pour 100g. Honnêtement le prix est bien correct parce que ma facture au final etait entre 15-20$. Je dirais que la place est beaucoup trop remplis & que la fil d'attendre est très longue sur le web & que on reçois un delai de 10 minutes sinon c'est au suivant pour prendre la table. Sinon je décrirais que la variété d'ingrediens disponible ne sont pas tous typique des ramens exemple du Bologne 🤔. & aussi il fait profiter de la creme glace gratuit 😂. Le gout c'est patate douce & vanille. Donc au final je dirait que j'ai bien aimé aller a cette meme si un peu etrange 👍

So I joined their waiting list & was literally 2 minutes away parking when they removed my name from the list. I got to the restaurant & it was packed because a party of 30 had decided to come in for dinner.

I explained my situation to the waitress (she was a hijabi). She did her best. The girl got me & my husband a table. Both her & a male colleague really helped in accommodating us, they even helped fast track our order since we were stuck behind the party of 30. Kudos to the two of them 👏 🙌

As for the food, I got the signature broth & my husband got the Tom yum broth. Both tasted amazing. We made sure to get mushroom & the meat cuts. A lot of the processed meats, like fish balls, left a lot to be desired. But overall, they had a decent selection.

Loved the experience SO MUCH! We went there as a group of 5 , the waiting time took a bit too long (which is understandable given the high demand & the amazing quality kf food & service) but the staff were so kind & professional + they offered us free drinks. The food was sooooo delicious & they also offer free créme glacée after finishing the hot pots. I can't recommend this adress enough

The food was meh honestly...It came out overcooked (very chewy beef & mushy noodles) I guess it's on me for falling for the hype. Maybe it would've been better if the wait time was more accurate (we had to wait 30+ mins over the estimate) but if we include the waiting line until getting our food, it was about 2h of wait.

You could get better food at other restaurants for less money & less wait. At least the place looked nice & was clean? The staff was nice too, just too busy to attend people all the time. Wouldn't come back.

I've never had an experience like this before. We were a group of five, & everything was just impressive.

If you arrive before 5 PM, you'll be offered a complimentary cold drink, which is a great start. I ordered smoked duck with a variety of fresh vegetables, mushrooms, & even dumplings.

They offer a wide selection of broths, including spicy options with three different levels. I think there were at least 4-5 types, if not more. What I found really interesting is that you can choose your own ingredients based on your taste, & even sample the broths before making your choice.

After you've made your selection, your food is weighed-which is a fun concept-& then prepared for you. By the time it arrives, you realize you've probably ordered enough for two people 😉

& the best part? They serve a special type of ice cream for free after your meal, which was absolutely delicious.

I honestly loved everything, especially the positive energy & lively atmosphere. I almost forgot-they also serve a complimentary welcome snack with chips & sauce, which was amazing.

In my opinion, this place is a beautiful fusion of French & Chinese culinary art. Thank you for giving us the chance to experience a new flavor & culture.

Nice place to eat a big soup hot pot style. Lots of choice. Tasty broth & sauces. Ice cream offered for dessert. Negative point: tables are too close to each other.
