Excellent smoked meat. On peut aussi acheter sur place la viande pour se la cuire à la maison. Le sandwich est bien rempli, & l'assiete viens avec une très bonne portion de frites. Malheureusement, l'expérience sur place est quelque peu gâchée par l'espace un peu restreint & la musique forte lorsqu'il y a un band. Je préfère le smoked meat de Dunn's mais Pete est tout de même parmi les meilleurs.View more

What more can you ask for? Amazing smoked meat, fries are delicious, live blues music every night? Plus every other bite I've had there has been great too (ribs, potato salad). Can't get much better than that.View more

Their smoke meat is phenomenal, one of the best 3 all time in & around Montreal. However my only & one complaint & loss of a star, is sometimes you get the end of the smoked meat & it's all peppery/sandy which ruins the taste for me completely. Usually only happens near closing time, otherwise they're really one of the best fatty (I ask for fat everytime) smoked meat. Steaks, are nothing special. They're know for their smoked meat.View more

First time eating lunch here in a while. Wife finds two strands of hair in her poutine, different colour hair. Manager/owner lady comes to apologize & blame it on old age....gives a cheesecake as compensation. Cheesecake crust is burned like crazy. On top of it, very expensive even tough the smoked meat was quite good.View more

Amazing take out meal with the Special, 1lb. Montreal Smoked Meat, Bread, Cole Slaw, Pickles. Took home to Hamilton. Long line to order but delivered sample of Beef Ribs while I waited. Line went pretty fast...about 20 minutes. Worth the wait. My friends enjoyed a taste of Montreal from Smoke Meat Pete.View more
