Review Summary

Siamo Noi offers a visually stunning and upscale dining environment that is frequently praised for its high-quality ingredients, particularly its fresh handmade pasta, exquisite Caesar salad, and tableside tiramisu. Many patrons highlight the exceptional service provided by specific staff members, often noting the welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail. However, the restaurant faces consistent criticism regarding its elevated price points relative to the small portion sizes, as well as an ambiance that many find excessively loud and occasionally pretentious. While some diners enjoy the vibrant energy, others report inconsistencies in food quality, service delays, and issues with reservation management, suggesting that the experience can vary significantly depending on the timing of the visit.

This place is always packed, so best to reserve in advance. Love the ambiance, & can get a little loud. Food is expensive but service & quality of food are there. The drinks are beautiful. Pizzas were great but rather small. The burrata was absolutely delicious. I could have licked the plate. Steak was cooked perfectly. All pastas were flavorful & al dante. They assemble the tiramisu in front of you, & it was oh-so-delicious. Would go back for special occasions.

It wasn't a great experience, but it also was not horrible. Service is the only thing that managed to salvage this review, otherwise I would have been worse.

Note that it is a fancier resto, so price & portion might not be appealing to some. The burrata was delicious & had a fresh taste. There was also a dip for bread which was olive oil & pesto but that costed 8$. I cannot justify it… my pasta portion was smaller vs my friends with a little bit of meat. It was also 34$ & I could not justify the cost. Felt quite disappointed. Then we ordered tiramisu, didnt even know it was table side. For 38, it was layer after layers of cookie, cream & coffee powder. In the end, I only had cream?
Anyway, will I ever come back? Probably not. Will I ever recommend? Probably not either.

Entries were fantastic! remarkable mushroom steak on bread. Main courses were just nice… & the cherry on top was the tiramisu. Regardless of the fun experience of preparing it by the table, it was one of the best ones i ever tasted!
Atmosphere wise, we went at evening & the place was sooooooo busy, crowded & loud that we couldn't hear one another… that was kinda upsetting

Siamo Noi is brand new & aesthetically pleasing-like a shiny new toy-so naturally it's packed. Good for them. But if you're here for the food, honestly don't bother.

We waited 35-40 minutes to be seated, with no offer of seating or waiting area. Or even a drink. Just standing awkwardly in the way of foot traffic… (we had a reservation for a specific time & apparently our table wasnt ready ).

The food? The pasta was bland (did they forget to salt the water?) & the rigatoni was practically raw-there's al dente, & then there's undercooked. No thanks guys! The steak was decent, but charging extra for sides on a $69 portion fit for a bird is diabolical!

Appetizer portions were equally laughable for the price-truly insulting. It's like being gaslit into believing you're eating'high quality' when it's really nothing special. I get it, though-the rent at Royalmount is probably sky-high since nobody even goes there.

The highlight was the table side tiramisu, which was delicious. Enough for two, maybe-but hardly worth paying for a second portion at that price.

Verdict? Let's please never go back there.

This is new beautiful Italian restaurant in Royalmount. While our server Katelyn was exceptional, it ends there. Firstly the restaurant was extremely loud making conversation very difficult. The food although good is not great. The Caesar salad $22 was very good. The small pizza $21 for appetizers was very good. The Veal Parmigiana at $145 for 2-3 people was overly fried & dry. Certainly not worth that kind of money. The sirloin strip was a little chewy & also disappointing. This restaurant is looking to become a scene like the old Buonanotte on St-Laurent & is owned by the same people. Let's hope that the food can improve for the exorbitant prices they are charging. It was over $300 per couple.

If you're going to open a fancy restaurant maybe don't hire a manager with the attitude of a 15 year old girl. Not professional at all ! A grown man saying to a young lady'do we have a problem??' With an aggressive tone is unacceptable. All that attitude because I had ONE extra guest that I did not make a reservation for & already apologized for as soon as we got there.

This was our second visit here & the first time was impeccable, excellent food & service & vibe. So decided to bring another friend couple. Expecting the same. But the service was way off. Lots of staff on hand but not once were we served without flagging a waiter from having to ask for cocktails to asking for the check. It was very disappointing.
Not even to pour the wine.
The food was excellent. I will be back but hope they take care of the service issue.
