Worst service I ever experienced in Montreal. we waited over an hour & a half for our food, when we tried to explain the situation to the staff they were very dismissive. It is only when i got angry that the manager came & tried to be sorry saying he will do something about it which he never did. After all that we order dessert & waited 20minutes until we canceled it because we were done with them being unprofessional & impolite. After settling the bill i went to the manager politely to explain our situation & concern & he said' i said sorry what do you want me to do more' i dont know maybe your job??? Super impolite, unprofessional & would never recommend it. Food is amazing i am sorry for the chefs that the service is not up to the standard
Amazing experience! The food is absolutely wow. The fresh homemade pasta is delicious, the pizza is extra tasty, a real treat! The tiramisu is even made right in front of you, which makes the experience even more special. & the alcohol shots are huge, USA style! Honestly, I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be coming back!
I had one of the worst service experiences on Friday, February 20. I made a reservation through OpenTable & even called the restaurant because I was having trouble finding the location. The host who answered was extremely rude & hung up on me twice.
When we arrived (only 15 minutes late), I politely mentioned that her tone on the phone was unprofessional. She then refused to seat us, saying the restaurant was full. Meanwhile, we could clearly see multiple empty tables. After pointing this out, she suddenly decided to give us a table.
The food was good - that's the only reason I'm even writing this review. The chefs clearly know what they're doing. Unfortunately, the front-of-house team completely ruined the experience. To make things worse, they canceled my OpenTable reservation so I wouldn't be able to leave a review.

Service, atmosphere & food were amazing! I made a last minute reservation for a group of 5 & requested to have a table in a specific area. The hostess was kind & guided us to our seats confirming they had seen my request. Our waitress (Jasmine) was excellent, provided us with information & recommendations. Her service was amazing & i recommend you book a table in her section for your next visit. Excited for my next visit there!
We had heard great things about this restaurant from friends, & choosing to celebrate Valentine's Day there made the experience even more special.
From the moment we walked in, the stunning décor immediately caught our attention. It felt as though we had been transported to Italy - yet with a beautiful Montreal touch that made the experience feel both elegant & familiar. The space blends luxury, vibrancy, & a refined Italian menu all under one roof.
That connection to Italy became even stronger once the food arrived. Every bite was exceptional. The octopus entrée was incredibly tender, the lamb chops were cooked to perfection, & the desserts were absolutely top-notch. Watching fresh pasta being made in the open kitchen throughout the evening added an authentic & captivating touch.
The stunning bar on the ground floor is perfect whether you want to start your evening there & move up to the restaurant, or end your meal in the restaurant & continue your night at the bar - it adds a wonderfully flexible & lively element to the experience.
We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, & our table was ready & waiting. Miguel provided attentive, thoughtful service throughout the night, ensuring every detail was perfect. Alfonso, the owner of Siamo Noi, was also present & attentive, which truly reflects the pride & passion behind the restaurant.
The name'Siamo Noi,' meaning'It's us' in Italian, feels incredibly fitting after an evening filled with warmth, hospitality, & outstanding cuisine.
We cannot wait to go back & try the tiramisu made fresh by hand right at your table - it looked absolutely incredible. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a truly memorable dining experience.
We visited this restaurant with another couple last Saturday night, & the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Both the service & the food were truly on another level.
We chose the chef's tasting menu & were treated to some of the finest Italian cuisine I've ever had. Each course was beautifully prepared, showcasing thoughtfully sourced ingredients & introducing us to remarkable flavors.
If you haven't been yet, I highly recommend giving this place a try-you won't be disappointed.
A big thank?you to our waiter Pasha, to Valentina for the outstanding wine pairings, & to Marco for the unforgettable dishes. We're already looking forward to our next visit.
Great spot with a really welcoming atmosphere. The food is consistently good & the staff works hard to make sure everyone has a great experience. Definitely a place I'd recommend if you're looking for good service & solid meals!!

The food was fantastic & the service was even better! Edward went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of & helped make our evening a great experience! Highly recommend!

Disappointing experience for a place that claims to be fine dining.
To begin with, the bread we were served was cold. In this type of restaurant, you would normally expect warm bread as a basic standard. The burrata was terrible - it was served in a cold, raw tomato broth that resembled the simple tomato base many people use at home for pasta soup.
The only dish that truly stood out was the steak, which was well cooked. Unfortunately, the ravioli were mediocre & completely unremarkable.
The service was also quite poor. We had to ask the waiter just to take our order, they forgot to ask us about drinks, & they were never attentive. On top of that, the staff was not friendly at all.
The restaurant was very noisy, & overall there was nothing that made the experience worthwhile. There are many much better restaurants in Montreal. Considering the price we paid & what we received in return, I would not recommend this place.
Great service from the staff & phenomenal food. Pasta are artisanal & delicious; I highly recommend the ravioli, funghetti & genovese. Best lamb chops in the city as well. Their dishes derives from authenticity & are artistic. Cocktails & drinks are made with love & effort.
Très mauvaise expérience du début à la fin. Les plats étaient mal préparés, les pâtes beaucoup trop dures & impossibles à manger correctement. La qualité ne correspond absolument pas au prix ni à ce qui est annoncé sur le menu.
Lorsque nous avons signalé le problème, la réaction du personnel a été décevante & peu professionnelle. Aucune solution réelle n'a été proposée sur le moment, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus frustrante.
Nous sommes reparties sans avoir réellement dîné. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.
Très mauvaise expérience. J'ai commandé les FUNGHI & FUNGHETTI & mon amie les CAVATELLI ALL'ONDA. Les plats étaient immangeables : les pâtes étaient tellement dures qu'on ne pouvait même pas les couper.
Nous avons appelé le gérant pour lui expliquer la situation. Sa réponse a été de nous dire de continuer à manger & qu'il nous offrirait un dessert après. Honnêtement, je n'ai même pas pu finir mon plat tellement il était mauvais.
En'compensation', on nous a servi trois boules de chocolat, elles aussi très mauvaises.
Cuisine décevante, service sans professionnalisme & aucune réelle prise en charge du problème. Un des pires restaurants que j'ai essayés. Je ne recommande absolument
