I picked up one, & my god, their packaging is so terrible. It is so easy to leak only with a bit of jiggle, & they use a super thin paper bag, which makes the situation worse with the leakage. I will never ever order a pickup again.
Bon ramen mais rien d'exceptionnel, dommage à lire les commentaires je m'attendais à mieux.
Le bouillon du Tonkatsu n'a rien d'authentique il est trop liquide, pas trop de goût.
Les gyozas étaient normales, j'en ai mangé des meilleures.
Par contre les ailes de poulet épicées avaient vraiment du goût relevées à souhait, seul bon point avec le service chaleureux.
The food was fine but the problem happened when I was leaving. I didn't leave a tip & when I was about to leave the staff stopped me & asked in front of everyone if I wasn't going to leave a tip. Everyone started looking at me. They asked twice. While they didn't say it directly it felt like they were pressuring me. So I ended up giving a tip & left. This was the first time something like this happened
We chose this restaurant based on Google reviews & it didn't disappoint. Friendly & welcoming staff, very well-served & delicious ramen. The gyoza appetizer was also very tasty & moist. The tonkotsu & shoyu ramen were both very flavorful. The mugicha wasn't great; it had a strange taste. My husband ate a matcha ice cream that was offered & he really liked it; it was very creamy. I don't like matcha, so I didn't try it.

Je suis allé un samedi pour dîner. J'ai commandé le tonkotsu noir, un thé matcha au lait & un thé chaud. C'était excellent! Le service était très bon & amicable.
Tout était tellement bon! J'ai pris une entrée Gyudon, c'était un des meilleurs gyudon que j'ai mangé à Montreal dans les dernières années ! Le ramen était chaud, Onctueux ! Les oeufs étaient bien crémeux !
Le service était très rapide.
La valeur qualité-prix etait parfait ! Pas trop dispendieux & les plats bien remplis & delicieux. ! 🥰🥹😍🫶

Unfortunately, after visiting this restaurant, I suffered from severe food poisoning, most likely from the ramen. My condition was very serious: for the first 24 hours I was barely able to get out of bed. For about 12 hours I couldn't even keep water down, which led to dehydration.
Even the next day, my condition did not fully improve: my stomach is still not functioning at 100%, I'm unable to eat normally, & I'm experiencing dizziness. This was an extremely exhausting & potentially dangerous experience.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to warn other customers. I sincerely hope the restaurant takes food quality & hygiene standards seriously.
La nourriture était bonne & le service correct. Le problème est la propreté & l'entretient. Je n'est honnêtement jamais vue un restaurant aussi poussiéreux. Négliger en autant le ménage est un sérieux red flag pour moi. Je serait probablement revenu dans le cas contraire
De très bons ramens à déguster. Nous avons pris des gyozas, ils étaient gros & bon, mais je les ai trouvés un petit peu mou.
Le poulet était croustillant, & mon plat était délicieux, la viande bien cuite & qui se démêle très facilement
Le thé glacé était excellent aussi
Le service au top, les serveuses étaient souriantes & présentes
L'ambiance du restaurant est moderne & agréable .
By far my favorite ramen restaurant in Montreal! Each bowl comes with a full egg, unlike most restaurants that only give a half. The broth is perfectly rich & flavorful.
I've been going here since it opened, & it has consistently been excellent experiences every time. You're always served kindly & quickly.
