Sortie avec ma fille arrivée à 17h50 pris 2 repas avec entrée & dessert
19h20 toujours pas de dessert nous avions un spectacle nous avons quitté très déçu du service
This is the FIRST & LAST time visiting this place. The waitress at the entrance had such a disrespectful attitude, body language expressing anger while the tone of voice & the way she spoke to me was terrible. I arrived to the place happy with all my intention of having a good meal in a nice place but these kind of people giving service make the place the WORST to come. The same comment about the person who took my order, the same one giving service at the bar, a woman with a very rude attitude, that really makes this place the worst option to come to eat, she didn't even have the patient to clarify in a good way one concern I had about the menu… is very frustrating & dissapointing that this Restaurant keep these kind of people working at a customer service. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Not recommended, never!
J'aime les restaurants St-Hubert.
Par contre je n'irai plus à votre succursale du complexe Desjardins.
J'avais pris la peine de réserver (pour 2 personnes). Nous avons été placés à une table de 4 personnes, séparée en 2, entre 2 tables de 2 autres personnes, en se faisant dire: nous n'avons plus de place.
Bref, nous étions à 12 pouces des autres personnes, des autres tables de chaque côté … comme dans une cabane à sucre, comme si nous mangions tous ensemble.
De plus, le niveau sonore était tellement élevé qu'il était impossible d'avoir une discussion sans crier plus fort que les autres.
Personnellement je crois que cette succursale n'a pas les infrastructures pour recevoir « une foule » lors des soirées de spectacles & devrait en tenir compte en évitant de la sur-remplir.
Une expérience très désagréable.
Mes côtes levées étaient trop cuites, aucunement juteuses.
J'ai demandé de la mayonnaise à 3 reprises & c'est quand j'ai abandonné l'idée qu'une 4e personne m'a demandé si j'avais reçu ma mayonnaise qui est finalement arrivée, moitié de l'assiette mangée & frites plutôt froides.
Super service pour notre groupe scolaire. L'administration a changé & on le sent! On voit un effort de faire sentir les gens accueillis. Belle ambiance! Mention spéciale à Julie!
We went to eat prior to our show at Place des Arts, it was extremely understaffed. The waitress was kind & sweet but was running around everywhere, you could tell she was overt. We took a table d'hote, the food was very slow to arrive, people around us we also getting impatient & the waitress was no where to be found. There was a table next to use that sat full of empty dishes for over 30 minutes, when the busboy came to clean he did it half way & then left his dirty cloth on the table. When our food got here, we asked for our dessert & our bill right away. People around us were also waiting for the bill. Eventually we ran out of time & we got up to pay the bill, causing everyone to get up & line up to pay the bill. We told the waitress that we never got our dessert but she charged us the full table d'hote anyways. It wasn't her fault but it's unacceptable to not properly adjust our bill or at least offer something for the inconvenience. We left not to hold up the line as everyone has a show to get to; but it's unacceptable to run a business like this, especially for a spot that should be used to quick & heavy traffic. It was very very disappointing
My daughter & I had a very disappointing experience.
We arrived at 5:55 p.m. with a reservation, yet we still had to wait in line & lost at least 7-8 minutes before being seated.
Our order was not taken until approximately 6:20 p.m. We informed our waitress that we had a show at PDA at 7:30 p.m. & asked whether there would be enough time to receive our meal. She assured us that there should be no problem.
However, by just before 7:00 p.m., we still had not received our food & were forced to leave without eating in order to make our show. To make matters worse, several tables that arrived after us were served before we were.
Given that the Francofolies were taking place & there was a show at PDA, the restaurant appeared completely unprepared for the volume of customers. Overall, this was a very frustrating & disappointing experience.
Took 30 mins to take our order then another hour to serve an incorrect order. 40 mins later served the same order wrong a second time. The second time they corrected it quickly. Extremely understaffed for rush hour.

The only reason I didn't put a 5 start, is because the dessert called the Strawberry Shortcake was disappointing compared to the photo of it.
