It was for a delivery. I live 10 minutes from the restaurant. The fries were cold & hard. Is there a way to keep them warm? I have had delivery of fries from another restaurant in the same area of St-Hubert & their fries were warm & freshly cooked.View more

Steak Angus & légumes excellents. Par contre, sauce en accompagnement tiède sur le dessus mais froide à partir du milieu (?). La serveuse ne semblait pas aller bien du tout, j'espère que ses collègues auront pris soin d'elle. Un peu agaçant de voir & d'entendre le personnel de cuisine & de la réception se promener en jasant entre les tables, ça manquait de sérieux. Globalement pas une mauvaise expérience, mais j'en ai connu des meilleures dans d'autres succursales.View more

I was at st Hubert tonight & had a terrible experience. I ordered a breast dinner which I enjoyed. My wife ordered a club sandwich the white meat was frozen she sent it back they microwaved the dinner it came back very soggy. She then was pissed & said just get me chicken fingers which was tasteless. I hope not to go back there on St Charles. What a waste of $ 60.00 I Hope management see this & emails me compensation. I hope you all read this.View more

Le poulet était sec & les portions diminués pour un prix augmenté. Mauvaise recette pour un restaurant.

1. Print on menus far too small
2. Metal chairs too hard on bum
3.The buttons for the Moneris (or whatever you use) payment handheld machine are too stiff to push down. I tried 3 times & was locked out by TD Bank. I recommend obtaining a different model of handheld.
