Rôtisserie St-Hubert serves as a cornerstone of Quebec culinary culture by specializing in slow-roasted chicken prepared using traditional rotisserie techniques. The menu features signature poultry dishes paired with a rich, savory gravy and golden, crispy fries that define the brand experience. Patrons find an expansive selection of options including club sandwiches, hearty chicken pot pies, and crisp garden salads designed to balance the protein-heavy offerings. The dining environment maintains a consistent, functional layout suitable for high-volume service while emphasizing the efficiency of the kitchen. Beyond the core rotisserie items, the menu incorporates various ribs, coleslaw, and seasonal sauces that maintain established flavor profiles across the franchise. This establishment remains a reliable source for classic comfort food staples that prioritize predictable preparation standards and classic seasoning profiles.
Reviews for Rôtisserie St-Hubert highlight a polarized experience where diners often praise the quality of the rotisserie chicken, coleslaw, and the friendly, accommodating nature of specific staff members. While many patrons appreciate the consistent menu and reliable atmosphere for family meals or special occasions, others express significant frustration regarding inconsistent food temperature, dry poultry, and recurring errors with takeout or delivery orders. Concerns about professionalism, hygiene, and long delivery wait times appear in several accounts, though some guests note that the management is often responsive when addressing these issues by offering credits or refunds. Overall, the reputation of Rôtisserie St-Hubert remains rooted in its classic comfort food, yet the quality and service levels can vary notably depending on the specific visit or location.
I was going to bad mouth this place as being a bland, Canadian equivalent to Applebee's, but it was somehow the second best meal I had in Montreal, so it gets four stars? This place is textbook mid.
Hoping she sees this, but I just wanted to share how great the take?out counter attendant was during my visit on the evening of Aug 9, 2026. Her customer service was fantastic, & she made the whole experience easy & pleasant as we were visiting from Toronto. It was tough, however, seeing her have to deal with a rude customer right after attending to me, but she did stay calm & professional. She deserves a lot of credit for that & I just wanted to let her know that her kindness did not go unnoticed.

Food was disappointing & not up to par with similar style restaurants like Scores. Vole au vent sauce was off. Even the fries aren't good & tasted stale.
Guess i shud have cked reviews. Chicken was dry & tasteless, I could do that on my own. Wrong slaws for all, 1 salad good, 1 not enuf chicken. Tracking doesn't work
Came to Montreal for a trip & decided to try this St Hubert's location. So glad we did because my kids didn't want to eat anywhere else afterwards even though I had a list of other places to try. The waitresses are so nice here! The two times we came here for our supper, we were served by two different people. They were both clearly overworked but always showed up at our table with a smile on their faces, & were very polite. The food portions were generous, especially the kid's meals. I got the chicken brochette the first night & it was quite a large meal with the sides. I got the steak the second night we were there & it was nicely done with a ton of veggies on the side. My husband got the same chicken burger both nights as he thoroughly enjoyed it the first time! The chomeur pudding was simply delicious. This is a definite must-go to spot when we go back to Montreal for us. A perfect little family restaurant.
(I wanted to add pictures of the food we ordered, but all of them have pictures of my kids or myself, except the desserts).
This location repeatedly accepted my Uber Eats order & then cancelled it-three times in a row. The refund doesn't make up for the wasted time & inconvenience. Management needs to either improve their order process or stop accepting delivery orders they can't fulfill. Very poor customer experience.
