Il y a des souris qui se promènent dans la salle à manger. Je n'avais jamais vu ça auparavant dans un restaurant. Plusieurs personnes dégoutées ont quitté mais j'avais déjà reçu mon repas & disons que ça m'a coupé l'appétit assez sec - déjà qu'il n'était pas très bon même pour du St Hubert.

En lisant les commentaires, je vois que c'est un problème récurrent & que St Hubert est au courant! C'est totalement inacceptable de garder l'établissement ouvert & de continuer à servir des clients dans un environnement insalubre infesté de vermine.

Déjà que la salle à manger est sombre & qu'on est très à l'étoit dans les banquettes, les souris qui se cachent dans les caissons du mobilier c'est vraiment l'horreur.

Le gérant a été avisé & n'a même pas pris la peine de venir nous présenter ses excuses lui-même.

Je suis triste pour les jeunes employées qui se forcent à travailler dans cet endroit & continuent de donner du bon service avec le sourire. Elles le font de façon remarquable dans les circonstances.

Guess i shud have cked reviews. Chicken was dry & tasteless, I could do that on my own. Wrong slaws for all, 1 salad good, 1 not enuf chicken. Tracking doesn't work

Came to Montreal for a trip & decided to try this St Hubert's location. So glad we did because my kids didn't want to eat anywhere else afterwards even though I had a list of other places to try. The waitresses are so nice here! The two times we came here for our supper, we were served by two different people. They were both clearly overworked but always showed up at our table with a smile on their faces, & were very polite. The food portions were generous, especially the kid's meals. I got the chicken brochette the first night & it was quite a large meal with the sides. I got the steak the second night we were there & it was nicely done with a ton of veggies on the side. My husband got the same chicken burger both nights as he thoroughly enjoyed it the first time! The chomeur pudding was simply delicious. This is a definite must-go to spot when we go back to Montreal for us. A perfect little family restaurant.

Nous étions un groupe, service inexistant, aucune attention, on devait ce lever & faire le tour pour trouver quelqu'un. J'ai du intervenir pour que sauces, pains, salade sois amené au 3/4 du repas. Erreur dans les commande, une des serveuse argumentait que j'avais fait l'erreur. Bref une expérience déplorable.

This location repeatedly accepted my Uber Eats order & then cancelled it-three times in a row. The refund doesn't make up for the wasted time & inconvenience. Management needs to either improve their order process or stop accepting delivery orders they can't fulfill. Very poor customer experience.

My guest & I went to the St-Hubert in Kirkland for lunch today (Friday).Hostess seated us at a table in the bar. I only noticed 2 tables with customers in the entire restaurant. While we waited at a table for service the barmaid/waitress spoke to another employee & completely ignored us. After talking they both just left the bar area without even acknowledging our presence. After 20 minutes with no service at all we simply left to go eat elsewhere. i spoke to the manager on the way out who didn't even try to explain the lack of service. She offered us a gift card for next time we eat there. I refused it!. Terrible experience!

It's close to my house, but that's about it. Bar service & food is always good ( shows the servers care & pay attention) , but we mainly do take out. With take out they know, you likely won't be able to do much. Counter staff do a great job, but kitchen clearly doesn't care. Fries are never cooked(despite asking for well done & it's on the order ) & food is always slapped together. Lettuce if often translucent & bacon is raw.

Today it was the lobster roll, what a joke. We know it's a chicken place, but we have had it at other locations & it's good, but definitely not at this location. It looks nothing like the promo pic, total rip off. Strongly suggest you do not order anything lobster.

Looking forward for Astro Chicken coming soon to St Charles ( I often drive to Sources for Au Coq ). Wish we had a Bennys in the area.

How many bad reviews are needed before St Hub Corp take action with this Franchisee? Kitchen staff need to get their act together with take out.

We went late afternoon on a Sunday. The waitstaff was almost nonexistent. Our waitress didn't seem to be having a good day. Food was okay.
