They used to have a sit-in area about a decade ago, & that's changed over time.
The grilled chicken was very tasty, poutine was a good portion, people in there were funny & kind, definitely to check it out for their delicious Portuguese food.
You might think chicken tastes like chicken till you go to this place. It is the best Portuguese Grilled Chicken in town. 40 min of grilling, constant brushing of the spices makes you wanna cherish every single bite. My Goto For Portuguese Chicken.
Long overdue review. Great Portuguese resto. Small restaurant, so it is a pick up only joint. Bought the family chicken combo plate that came with fries & salad. The chicken was flavorful, tender & & just plain delicious. Couldn’t go wrong with homemade fries & a nice big salad with a light & tasty dressing. Their hot sauce is phenomenal. The price was reasonable for a family combo. We were two, & had lots of leftovers.
A must for take out & the staff are friendly & amazing. Parking might be a little of a hassle when picking up.
Small seating area. Be ready: whatever you order, it takes an hour. Very tasty lamb chops (***) & chicken legs (no more breast). Lousy 'green' salad. Pork chop was too thin & really overcooked. 'Spicy' level is not that spicy. Good selection of beers (although they were out on the only Portuguese brand they carry)& average house wine. Service is almost non-existent. Lots of take-out (they seems to prioritize take-out over in-house customers...). Next time, I would call ahead of time & order for take-out. Frs
The worst Portuguese restaurant in Montreal. We waited 15 minutes at our table before the waiter came to ask us what we wanted, & then, waited one more hour to get our food. The chicken leg was as small as a chicken wing, the fries were frozen fries, & the rice was...well....tasted like rice but nothing more.
I DO NOT RECOMMANDE AT ALL.
