Rolly's is a super tiny cinnamon bun spot on St. Catherine West. Getting there was honestly a bit of a mission with all the traffic & construction in the area - I almost didn't go because of it.
When I walked in, they only had the raspberry pistachio ready. I waited for the classic, & the Biscoff came out shortly after. They have so many flavours - apple, orange, tiramisu, & more. I genuinely love the creativity behind the concept. From what I saw, everything looked beautiful.
The raspberry pistachio wasn't really my thing - I found the raspberry a bit too sour for my taste. The classic, though, was solid. The bun was soft & pillowy, served warm & fresh. The cream cheese frosting was pretty good too.
Full transparency: I'm not a huge cinnamon bun person in general, so take that into account. But from what I experienced, they're doing fresh, creative, well-made buns.
I don't know if I'll personally be back just because cinnamon buns aren't my go-to, but if you're a fan, this place is definitely worth checking out for the variety alone.
It's ok. I was really excited to get a cinnamon roll but they didn't have the traditional ones left. So I got an apple one & a pecan. They are ok but both taste like cream cheese. Overall it was 19$ for 2 cinnamon rolls & the taste was a bit disappointing for me. But not bad either. & it was Saturday at 6pm so I didn't understand why they only had 2 flavours left… long wait time…
It tasted good but I was surprised that it was served cold. I double checked the opening hours & I actually got there right as it opened so I'm confused how it could be served cold. Also there are no knives at the location so it's kind of messy to eat with just a fork. I'd like to be able to cut it into smaller pieces. I wouldn't really go back, there are other cinnamon roll spots that opened up in town which might be better.
Long line for waiting outside staff is very nice but very slow not sure is it a lack of training or tolls to be able to cut the rolls quicker. No utensils available at all. Good experience the rolls are huge

Omg 3 days in a row of diarrhea after eating these rolls, my daughter & I were sick, I tried to tell them trough the phone, no one answered ! Be careful we ended up dead sick for 2 pieces of cake.
Food is good, but service is terrible. Waited 45 mins just to get some cinnamon rolls. 2 people were working & it's like they were purposely moving in slow motion.

Arrived at 12:30 pm on a weekend to find a line already out the door. After watching the'operation' behind the counter, it all made sense.
They had three people working: two of them were teaming up on a single roll like it was a complex surgical procedure, while the third seemed to be playing a fun game of'Guess Who's Next in Line?' Spoiler alert: nobody knew.
If you enjoy watching efficiency die a slow death, you'll love the wait. Perhaps there wouldn't be a line if the service moved faster than a tectonic plate.
As for the rolls? A hefty $16 for two, so be prepared to take out a small loan for your snack. But I have to be honest-they are delicious. Soft, chewy, sweet, & pure decadence.
It's the kind of taste that almost makes you forget your hunt for parking & another thirty mins watching the slowest tag-team in bakery history.
Come for the rolls, stay because you literally have no choice-you'll be in line for a while
Tried the orange & the pear cinnamon roll as well as a cookie. The taste was there but it was undercooked & a bit mushy inside. For the price, I was expecting a bouncier texture. The cookie was ok.
