Restaurant H3 offre une ambiance moderne et chaleureuse accompagnée d'un service attentif et professionnel. La cuisine est inventive et parfaitement exécutée, avec des plats savoureux, des présentations soignées et des portions généreuses. La carte des vins est remarquable et les accords mets et vins ajoutent une dimension festive, avec une cave impressionnante. Le rapport qualité-prix est apprécié pour les menus degustation et les expériences spéciales comme les brunchs et les menus de fêtes. Cet endroit est souvent recommandé pour des occasions spéciales et pour des repas en famille ou en amoureux, l'ensemble des retours évoquant une expérience gastronomique mémorable.
Excellent food & impeccable service. My wife & I took the tasting menu & each dish was delicious. The staff was extremely courteous & friendly. We will definitely come back again.

Everythinf at h3 was incredible. Warm welcome, seated at the window for a lovely view of the Palais des Congrès. Delicious 5 course tasting menu & we opted in for the 6th course, being lobster (can't say no to that) & we also added in the wagyu sando (it's a must!). We wanted a'clean' evening so opted in for the mocktail pairing, 4 in total. Each were unique in flavour, really blended & complimented the meal.
Lastly. The secret surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. Wonderful. Thank you!

Great quality food, every dish we ordered was beautifully presented, tasted great & fill us up for a good part of the day. We tried the omelette, steak & eggs, smoked salmon bagel, pancakes, Canadian breakfast. Service was fantastic! Although sometimes slow at getting a table
Cuisine sublime, notamment en termes de la créativité des types de fusion dans le menu, ainsi que la qualité des ingrédients. Service attentif & impeccable. Le seul souci en termes d'ambiance était le volume un peu élevé de la musique.
Amazing experience , Food was out of this world , it stands out as one of the best meals I had in my life. Get the lobster ! Thank you to the chef ! Big thanks to our server Zach for making this evening memorable, he was welcoming & warm, knew the menu inside out, & he made us laugh on top of it !

Scrap my previous review. I had a slightly disappointing experience at the lounge due to slow service, but I'm glad it didn't deter me from trying out the restaurant. Im pretty sure I have never had a better meal in this city. Oysters were exceptional, steak was perfectly cooked & flavourful, & the panna cotta is a dream. It was better than any I've had in actual Italy, with a modern twist. The sommelier provided excellent advice for pairings. I'm surprised they weren't part of the Montreal restaurants mentioned in the Michelin guide because they are far superior to several of those picks (haven't tried them all, but the ones I have were completely eclipsed by this experience). It's a must try. Wines range from 120$ a bottle, to 500$+, so not a budget pick, but absolutely worth the experience.
We visited the restaurant to celebrate our one-year anniversary, & it was truly an unforgettable experience. The place is absolutely beautiful, with an amazing atmosphere that set the perfect tone for the evening. We chose the 7-course dégustation menu & enjoyed every single dish - everything was well thought out & delicious. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, & welcoming, which made us feel truly special. Overall, we had a fantastic evening that will stay in our memories for a long time. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience. The 7-course tasting menu was a delightful adventure of gastronomy. The staff was friendly & efficient. Such a great atmosphere & the food & drinks were delectable. Would definitely come back again & again!
H3 impresses from the moment you walk in, with its sleek modern chic design & warm, professional staff who strike the perfect balance of friendly & attentive. The omelette was the best I've ever had-fluffy, flavourful, & cooked to perfection. Their espresso macchiato was a standout; a drink that's notoriously hard to perfect, yet they absolutely nailed it with rich, balanced flavour & smooth texture. What really makes H3 special is the high-quality, locally sourced bottle of maple syrup on every table-an essential companion to their exceptional pancakes & a clear sign of their commitment to thoughtful, quality dining.
Quelle belle idée que ce nouveau menu 5@7. Toujours la même qualité des plats & des vins, à petits prix, & toujours le même excellent service. Toujours un plaisir!!

Had a wonderfuull experience dining here for a dinner course.
We were touring & had snacked before, so got the 5 course dinner instead of 7.
I added the lobster tail & it was absolutely worth it. Every plate of the course was unique & tasted great.
The wine pairing was a great experience as well. All the wines had very clean finish, which we did like.
The place has great atmosphere overall & the course menu food came out in a timely manner. We had plans afterwards & were able to finish the whole course in an hour & a half.
The course menu pricing was fair, & with 4 wine glasses total, the wine pairing classique price was fair as well.
We go to a restaurant of this calibre once a year. The service & atmosphere is exceptional. We had the 5 course tasting menu. The food is very good, however there was a significant difference in the cooking & subsequent texture of the veal tenderloin for my wife & I. Mine was tough which was my only disappointment for the night. The dessert was top tier. My wife got the cocktail pairing & I got the lowest tier wine pairing - both were impressively matched with their respective meals, however even I could tell the wines themselves were not of great quality & I don't drink much wine. If you are a regular wine drinker then I think you'd be disappointed with this tier & would suggest to get the mid-tier or higher tier pairing.

Accueillis & servis avec beaucoup de gentillesse par Marika. Nous avons mangé un excellent brunch. Ils ont apporté des dessins pour notre fille de 4 ans. Ils avaient un menu enfant. Nourriture excellente. Je recommande le steak & eggs.
Brunch at H3 is a delightful culinary experience not to be missed! Tasty French toast drizzled with sweet maple cream sauce was a welcome treat, accompanied by fresh fruit, a bold cup of coffee with warm milk. I highly recommend this restaurant😊
