Pour être honnête je ne recommande ce restaurant si vous chercher une expérience gastronomique. Celle-ci était un cadeau offert à ma mère & nous avons été tous les deux déçu par expertise de la restauration! Le desserts était très simple un style de croustade de pomme. Les portions sont très petite pour une joue de veau pomme de terre & carotte. Je croit qui serais important de remarquer ce manque de perfectionniste dans le service.
Le service, l'ambiance, la cuisine est excellente !! les étudiants sont vraiment talentueux & je leur souhaite un très beau parcours ! Merci à l'équipe du restaurant ITHQ de nous avoir accueilli avec le coeur & l'élégance ! Je recommande & reviendrai sans hésiter !

Très belle expérience. Nous avons été à l'occasion d'un anniversaire & nous avons été pleinement satisfait. Nous avons opté pour le menu table d'hote. Tout était excellent & riche en saveur. Les serveurs était aussi au petit soin & bien sympathiques. Je donne un 10/10!
We had an exceptional experience in this restaurant from start to finish. The dinner was just perfect, the student staff was a little shy but she really did her best to serve us well.

La 1re serveuse à failli me forcer à manger la langue de boeuf. J'ai dit que j'en voulais pas donc la 2e serveuse a voulu gentillement me rapporter un plat végétarien. Je m'attendais à un peu plus de saveurs pour la gastronomie mexicaine. Selon mes goûts ça manquait d'épices & j'aurais voulu aussi un peu plus de piment ou un peu de poivre. Dans tous les services, ce sont les desserts que j'ai préféré 😋
One of my favourite restaurants in the world! I would travel to Montreal just for this! Thank you to the couple on the airplane from Vancouver to Montreal for the recommendation!! The service is incredible & they do have menus in English & French! Our server was lovely. We booked our reservation for 8 & we stayed until 10. Great atmosphere & perfect for dates, anniversaries & celebrations. The food was delicious! We started with a free sample of tartare. It was great. The duck tartare was great & went well with the potato chips & the sauces. We got the quebec cheeses & they were divine. As a lactose intolerant person it was a lot but the selection of cheeses were excellent & they were a good variety too! Two firm & one soft cheese. The halibut was flaky & fresh. The steak was nicely cooked too! The potato side was crispy & paired well. The dessert was good. I felt like I didn't love the texture of the rice pudding with the grains of rice but it was interesting. The buckwheat dessert was also good. I appreciate how unique they look.
By far the best lunch in Montreal! The Duck was cooked to perfection! The Pork was as tender as butter! Incredible place. A hidden gem! The servers were extremely helpful & made outstanding recommendations. The prices are very reasonable. You WILL NOT be disappointed here!
I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely great-each dish was bursting with flavor & beautifully presented. The service was also incredibly attentive, with the staff making sure our every need was met. What stood out the most was that the food wasn't just a meal, but an experience in itself. You can tell that only the finest ingredients were used in every item, making each bite truly memorable. Highly recommend!
The food is okay. Tomato salad should have had fresher tomatoes. The steak was not great - rubbery texture. The sauce was bland. The cheese was quite good. The dessert was excellent. The biggest issue is that the wait for food to be brought to the table is incredibly long.
