Two of the scallops were giant size. Thus those didn't cook to perfection (IMHO). Scallops should be able to'stand tall straight' while still rare inside. Sorbet (Raspberry) too sour for my taste.
It's an amazing experience for the price. I would definitely re visit anytime I come back to visit Montreal.
Première expérience avec mon fils de 15 ans. Nous avons pris le menu dégustation à l'aveugle. Tout était délicieux, & nous avons découvert de nouvelles saveurs. Le prix est justifié & le service est exceptionnel. Je recommande vivement!
Super expérience. Restaurant gastronomique. A noter qu'en été ce sont des professionnels & non les étudiants.
Côté assiette : c'est bon, c'est recherché avec un équilibre de saveurs. Les cuissons sont parfaites que ce soit les pétoncles, le turbot ou les filets de porc. Étonnante guimauve « farcie à la glace en dessert.
Côté verre : une belle carte de vins dont beaucoup de vins natures.
Côté service : c'est impeccable mais pas guindé. Très décontracté sans être détaché. D'excellents conseils & une attention très bienveillante.
C'est impeccable & très réjouissant.
