Première fois que nous sommes déçus mon mari & moi:
- Portions plus petites qu'à la normale;
- Les serveurs avaient oublié de mettre les cloches sur nos assiettes (plat principal);
- L'hôtesse ne revenait pas pour les consommations, nous devions l'appeler pour lui demander
- Pour toutes les fois où nous y allons & bien que je ne l'avais pas mentionné lors de la réservation, il n'y avait pas de fromage bleu sur les plateaux de fromage.
- En 2025, il y a beaucoup de gens qui adorent les Bleus.
- Le café était froid.
- Ça ira mieux la prochaine fois j'imagine ?
I went with my partner for a dinner. Menu was 62$ per person, & drinks are 15$ each on average. normal prices for cocktails & good wine by the glass. Menu was somehow expensive for the quantity. Total with tax & tips: 280$. 2 menus, 3 glasses / pers.
Food : it was very nicely presented, but quantities are too small. we were both hungry after this 3 service menu. This is why i only put 3 stars. The tastes were balanced & dishes were nicely plated. It's a cuisine with local standard ingredients (though nicely chosen).
Atmosphere: the restaurant room is way too cold, we both kept our jackets. Outside temperature was nice (maybe 25*C/77*F) when indoors it felt 19*C/66*F. this is not a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy a dinner. Furthermore, not a nice approach considering the apparent commitment to respect the environment from ITHQ. this is why i put 2 stars
Would i go back ? Not sure. not in summer season as they blast A/C, & not sure as it's quite expensive for the quantity, even if ingredients are quite simple.
Nous étions un groupe de 20 personnes & le service a été impeccable & rapide! Nous avions aussi plusieurs allergies alimentaires & le personnel s'est fait un mandat de s'assurer que tous étaient servies avec brio & pouvait savourer un repas de chef! Bravo!

Se rendre dans cet établissement est un expérience en soi. Nous sommes allés en avril dernier & nous avons adoré l'expérience.
Le service est impeccable, l'ambiance chaleureuse & la cuisine exceptionnel. Nous avons pris le menu dégustation 6 services avec l'accord mets & vins puis nous n'avons pas regretté ce choix.
Pour bénéficier pleinement de l'expérience, je vous recommande de dormir à l'hôtel de l'ITHQ pour ne pas avoir à vous soucier de reprendre la voiture après le souper. L'hôtel est à même l'établissement.
L'accueil & le service sont des plus sympathiques & professionnels. Nous nous sommes régalés de l'entrée au dessert & les suggestions de vin nous ont fait faire de belles découvertes de vins locaux. Merci à toute l'équipe.
Super bel endroit pour un lunch: facilité de transport car le métro est à la porte voisine; service impeccable & tous nos plats se sont avérés délicieux & bien présentés;
